“How slow it takes for it to load the conversations after completion. As a result of having access to, and using Rilla, I've seen my sales performance improve. I get to be myself, rather than worrying about what a manager might be thinking in the moment, when "riding along" on an appointment.

Pros

Using Rilla is just like being a professional athlete that can review game footage to understand exactly what happened during each play, check and adjust in order to improve your performance, and see how you are doing compared to top performers.

Cons

Sometimes reading the AI's translation of what you said makes for funny comedic moments. It's not perfect in getting word for word what you said, but it does get the concept pretty well.

Rilla is amazing, we went to one of their conferences last year, just me and my partner, we've both been to these types of conventions before probably 3 dozen different sales conventions over the last 20 years between the two of us and weren't sure if it would be worth the expense, this year we are brining our whole team because it was seriously one of the best conventions we've been to, in some ways, it was the best, I think especially for a younger company, sales person and for in home sales. So, why mention this? Because Rilla is a lot more than just another app on your phone, it's a lot more than just one more task for a sales manager. It's a coaching program and I really believe Rilla will be one of the biggest sales brands in the country with the culture and tools they are helping build for companies that want to take sales seriously and level up to the next level, or more.

Pros

I've been in sales for 21 years, I've recorded myself and gone back and listened to it for years. When the iPhone was brand new it was a game changer but rilla, with the transcription, use of Ai, ability to comment, and coach and share best practices has made this an indispensable tool for our company. Not just for trianing, coaching, but for a CYA protection standpoint as well, we've had homeowners say "that's not what the rep said." or "I was never told that" Rilla has saved us from lawsuits on two seperate occasions, I'm sure as a result I'll be able to pay for Rilla for a long time and be financially ahead both in how it helps sped up training, advance the sales reps confidence, learning curve, and activity, it helps keep the rep sticking to the basics and avoiding short cuts and going back to listen to the sales pitch has saved us headaches because now we know exactly what was or wasn't said in the house. Some reps have been hesitant to use it, they don't want "big brother over their sholder, but then they see the reps using it are making more, not just for the coaching, but also for the ability to search the conversation to remember what was said, it makes the reps the use it super human, they're augmenting their memory, speeding up training, and holding themselves accountable with data that will catapult their career. We've been with Rilla since their beginning, we've seen them grow, a lot faster than our company, and they still reach out to make sure we are set up for success, and have taken a lot of our feedback and made an app we love to use. Cons

Honestly the things we like the least have already been shared with Rilla and over the years they've changed the app and service to make it so much better than it ever has been. They've built an app we really love using. I do wish we could retitle the conversations, and delete the ones that don't need to be kept a little easier.

Reason for choosing Rilla

We looked into something called Syro which isn't on the drop down list and there's not an OTHER, option... but Rilla, it wasn't just better, but I spoke with Sebastian directly in the beginning and it was him personally and how seriously they took our feedback and the direction I saw them headed that made me realize I wanted to be a customer and give it a shot.

### "Rilla? Nah"

Due to the unresponsiveness of Rilla and the insistence on the last $6K payment ($18K I thought was a good amount for 30 days), I can not recommend dealing with Rilla. They are not transparent, greedy, and their product is not as good as others.

Pros

It synched nicely with our Blue Collar Success Group process. It worked ok as long as tech did not call ahead to the customer

Cons

If the tech called ahead, the call would be recorded but no automatic start of recording when they arrived at job. Their work around created issues. Switched to another system with a better trigger and stopped using Rilla after 30 days. They refused to lower total contract price to get out. Demanded $24K for 30 days of use that did not work the way originally described.

Positive experience using Rilla overall. Not 100% sure if it is "solving a problem" to add value, but the features it has work quite well.

Pros

The AI festures and summaries of my interactions. The role playing feature is interesting and can keep you sharp.

Cons

Would like a lock screen widget to pause and resume recording. UI could be improved to make navigating to previous interactions streamlined.

More than acceptable. It’s great for large teams. We don’t need to do call reviews at all. Rilla takes care of that.

Pros

I love the feedback given on different parts of my script. It gives me real time feedback on how to improve my adherence to the script and my ability to deal with objections.

Cons

The integration with my current crm was choppy at first. It’s now much better but we missed several weeks worth of calls until it was finally full integrated. The crm I’m using tends to be quite buggy so I doubt this is a rilla issue.

So far I enjoy replaying and listening to my sales demonstration. I like that its a recording as well when you have conflicting information about what took place during a meeting.

Pros

Takes notes and has play back of appts. so you can relisten. Managers are able to listen in live or follow up with notes on the presentation. Solid evidence basically of what really took place and what was said.

Cons

Cant record if you get another walk in or pause current appt to record new. Disconnects if you use another app with voice.

Pros

Rilla is great! I would recommend this to any and all companies. Easy to guide system as well as wonderful customer support. The features are great and helps out a lot with reviewing calls and the AI for following up and getting info needed.

Cons

I have not found anything that I like least about Rilla as of now. If I do I will come back for a review.

Pros

I love that my team are able to review their calls themselves and the analytics changes the game when it comes to coaching.

Cons

Their is nothing to dislike about Rilla. The only thing is what's coming next. Possibly an admin account for those who are not responsible for doing ride a longs.

A lot of recap and self improvement opportunities. I like going through and seeing if i said something somewhere (can search for a word).

Pros

The role play option to re do some objections for appts is helpful. Like seeing where i could have done better.

Cons

Role play cuts off before time runs out. Not sure if this is glitch. Would be nice if had more time and direction of what to say exactly.

This program has helped me so much since using it on becoming a better Sales agent. I honestly don't know what I would do without it going forward on my everyday routine.

Pros

Rilla's STATs make me more aware by showing me my talk time ratio and also on how well I scored on that conversation and what I left out and encourage to hit next conversation. Also AI Rick is such a fantastic and helpful tool to have because I can ask what I could have done better on, objections, how to take the conversation to closing a deal.

Cons

How slow it takes for it to load the conversations after completion. Once the conversation is transcribed if you are solely going off what the transcription says for the whole entire conversation back and forth between the client and sales agent it is hard to understand what is going on because of how it transcribes verses the actual recording of the conversation. The conversation recap is amazing and spot on but the actual back and forth transcription of the entire visit is not acurate of what I am actually saying and what they are actually saying and that bothers me a lot.

Very positive experience with the exception of the difficulties of call recording which is where all of our customer support conversations take place

Pros

Very easy to use and give us very valuable feedback on conversations with clients to help us improve our scripting for future interactions. Whether it be a sales pitch, initial client contact or customer support after a client has signed with us. Also makes it easier for our team to collaborate and learn more about each individual role in the company since each department is able to upload their own personalized scripts. Data synch and upload is incredibly quick.

Cons

Only con is not having the ability to directly record calls which would be very helpful for our customer support team. We have gotten around this hurdle by placing calls on speaker and using another phone to record the conversation via Rilla, but this can be a pain, especially with multiple people on the phone in the room at one time.

This app is a cheat code to sales management! There is no way you could properly ride along with 10 reps and be accurate. here you have the opportunity to be there for all you reps.

Pros

I love being able to be there for all my reps, especially with Rilla LIVE I can hop on and see what my reps need before they even call.

Cons

Some transcripts aren't 100% accurate going back and forth with reps and customers, but you can always listen to verify.

It’s been helpful in letting me make corrections to my pitch in the fly, but it can’t pick up subtle clues hidden in the human nature of physical interaction. Definitely prefer having it, over not. I understand it’s asking a lot for an AI to have that capability at this point. I just can’t help but wonder how much more helpful it could be if it were that capable.

Pros

I like the instant feedback you get from the a.i.. I think being able to identify and correct issues in a pitch in the fly is very helpful

Cons

I don’t like how it can’t determine how well a pitch is going based off of inflection and or inflection.

It's been an extremely useful and productive tool. I'm sure with more updates it'll only get better and better. It's helped me improve my phone skills by listening to my phone calls and seeing where I needed improvement.

Pros

How innovative and easy it is to use. The UI is easy to navigate and understand. The AI is amazingly accurate and will only get better with more time.

Cons

Privacy. Not exactly sure what happens to all the info that is recorded and stored. AI isn't always 100% accurate but it's so close it's not a negative.

Rilla has a been a great tool to be able to interact and observe our team without having to have a person hovering and travelling with individuals. It allows 1 person to do the work of multiple people. It allows us to support our customers quicker and better and gives us a level of security for both our Service Professionals and customers that is wonderful.

Pros

I really like the layout of Rilla, it is clean and professional. Navigation is also intuitive and the combination of keystrokes and also ability to use your mouse is nice.

Cons

Ai speech to text is still learning and not 100% accurate, this does result in some doubt as to accuracy of the Ai in giving feedback.

We are only upset we didn’t find Rilla sooner! Only thing is that the audio can be improved as not all words translate exactly but that is more of a glitch and a rare occurrence.

Pros

High tech AI system that gives notes after each recording! Rilla marks down if you’ve hit your script. I like that you can go in and listen to each recording.

Cons

Only thing was that it doesn’t always update to my appts. So if someone reschedules the appt that day, rilla doesn’t update.

The accuracy of some of the transcripts. What was actually said in conversation is not always what Rilla picks up. There is room for improvement there.

Love asking off the all questions and getting honest unbiased answers. This is an amazing training tool.

Pros

Immediate feedback after product demonstration, unbiased and truthful. Love the fact that you can set up standard post-call questions and get feedback

Cons

Often inaccurate transcription. I use Rilla on iphone in my pocket.. would prefer to use my apple watch for more accurate recording, but watch functionality is currently limited
