A Troquecommerce foi o divisor de águas na nossa empresa, usávamos outro concorrente que era muito mais caro e não evoluía da forma que um e-commerce precisa nos dias de hoje. A Troquecommerce trouxe recursos inovadores que facilitaram muito o nosso dia a dia, como troca de produto com reserva de estoque, conta digital para reembolso e Nota Fiscal de Devolução integrada

Muito boa! Todos os clientes que estão utilizando estão super satisfeitos.

Pros

A quantidade de integrações com outros sistemas nos dá uma grande flexibilidade para personalização dos projetos.

Cons

Não tenho muito a reclamar, talvez as funcionalidades que ainda não estão ativas e que com certeza facilitarão ainda mais. Webhooks é um exemplo.

Estou sem expectativas visando que o troquecommerce não consegue falr\\conversar com os suportes dos ERP.

Pros

Nada a declarar neste momento. Ainda estou com dificuldade de retorno.

Cons

Forma de contato na hora da implantação. Poderia ser tratados de uma forma mais acolhedora. Via chat de duvidas dos operadoras é muito ruim.

A Troquecommerce é uma ferramenta que mudou a forma como nossa empresa enxerga os próprios processos. A ferramenta é inteligente, de fácil configuração, e não te deixa fazer nada que não faça sentido. Desde o primeiro momento, isso nos deixou confiantes em usar a ferramenta (o que é raro ao utilizar um software novo). É muito intuitivo! Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Pros

A Troquecommerce é uma ferramenta intuitiva, com expertise própria, e isso nos ajudou a entender melhor nosso próprio processo, e a organizar as demandas de forma. Recentemente começamos a usar a Conta Digital, o que também agilizou muito os processos de restituição de valores para clientes.

Cons

Como sugestão, só acho que poderia haver mais opções de integração com ERPs para gerar as notas fiscais de devolução de forma automática.

Minha experiência tem sido incrível, o sistema me surpreendeu muito, e com certeza utilizarei em mais projetos.

Pros

O que eu mais gostei na Troquecommerce, foi a facilidade e agilidade para implantação, o painel administrativo é intuitivo e me permite ter acesso a todo o ecossistema de trocas e devoluções de forma facilitada. Todo o processo de logística reversa, geração de cupons de troca, envio de solicitações através da ferramenta da TroqueCommerce, otimizou muitos o tempo e causou uma ótima experiência para o cliente.

Cons

Acredito que poderia ter na base de conhecimento as informações obrigatórias que devem constar no checkout da loja, para que o sistema da TroqueCommerce consiga localizar o pedido via API, após a compra.
