Pros

Easy setup, Great UI. Workflows are great and easy to setup. We can customize our reminders. The ability to create your meeting types is the real differentiator

Cons

Nothing that I can think aobut now as I am a early user. I will have to use it for a month to understand the gaps

Pros

It makes easier to schedule calls . As a founder it gets tough to continuously go on calender and check for meetings but with CalID i know all the schedules i have and i can arrange my day accordingly

Cons

As of now I don't have any cons or issues with the software . I am still getting used to the software

It is a feature rich scheduling application. I have already used it for more than a month and found to be extremely useful. It has helped me streamline bookings for my meetings.

Pros

It is very easy to setup and get started. It has rich features to configure events as per your preference.

Cons

More features and settings offer flexibility but also mean one has to learn a lot more over time to take full advantage.

Very happy with cal.id overall - it is truly value for money and has been working great for my organization.

Pros

Considering the features that are available in Cal.ID on the free account, this is surely one of the better scheduling tools available.

Cons

The UI could improve a bit but nothing that is not manageable. The overall user flow can be improved compared to the other tools out there.

Using CalID from a week and have had good experience so far. They have almost all features that Calendly has and that too for free. Yes, paid once are good too when you have a team

Cons

Nothing that I can see here. So far it's good on what all I have explored with CalID in comparison with other platforms.

Overall, a good experience. The platform does what it’s meant to do, and it’s useful for real operations, not just demos. The only friction was in understanding integrations, but once that’s sorted, it works well.

Pros

What I liked most is that it doesn’t overcomplicate things. It focuses on getting the job done, which is exactly what’s needed when you’re dealing with real leads and real-time interactions.

Cons

It’s good at what it does, but getting a clear picture of how everything connects took longer than expected. A more straightforward integration roadmap would make it far more effective.
