I think Hona is one trustworthy, reliable, and truly embodies customer service, which with legal software; is unheard of.

Pros

Easy to use and extremely sophisticated. Hona makes it simple to stay organized and communicate with our clients, in their own language. The drip notifications are a case saver!

Cons

I wish they had a better live chat option. We love the chatbot but could really benefit from an AI live chat option that synchronizes with our client messaging platform.

The customer support is really great. Whenever I need something, the Hona team is very fast to respond and assist with any concerns. This is such a great product and I think the value is worth it for what you pay.

Pros

Set-up is easy and the customization is unlimited. It has really helped improve overall customer communication and satisfaction. As a firm that has 70+ cases and clients, Hona makes updates and transparency super easy with its automations and videos. Functionality-wise, Hona is super user friendly and it integrates with a lot of software, which makes things even more convenient.

Cons

We tend to have multiple clients on one case, but Hona can only update one client per case. This is probably the only thing I wish Hona could do.

The company does not seem to care about its customers and making its software work well. I have spoken to several people at the company in an attempt to get the software to do the things that were promised to me, but no one can do so.

Pros

I love the concept! Great idea, I'm sold on their ideas. The reality of this software is disappointing, and that's an understatement. I think what they're trying to do is great, but they just haven't delivered!

Cons

The software does not work as advertised; their salespeople sold me something that does not align with what was promised, making the software unusable. As of the writing of this review, this software does not work well with Clio, as I was told it would. I was promised the software would do very specific things regarding my client communications and I filmed a dozen videos to have my Domino's Pizza Tracker up and running for my clients. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work as promised! I'm very disappointed, to say the least.

Pros

That it can be customizable based on our firms needs. We just needed to send out mass texts to our clients in Filevine and it was great.

Cons

When you send mass texts, it is hard to determine which texts sent successfully.

We have been Hona customers for several years and we've only been happier with the service over time! We have added features and signed up for additional offerings because we have a lot of trust in the team.

Pros

One of the best parts of Hona is the incredible team behind the software. The software doesn't have downtime, is really user friendly, and the team is always on top of any questions or help we might need.

Cons

When we initially signed on with Hona, they didn't have all of the features we needed. However, several of the features we wanted were already in development.

It sucked and I had to contact the owner of the company because their little pushy tech bro salespeople lied to me

Pros

They did give me a PARTIAL refund, only after I contacted the direct owners of the company, they were in the process of selling the company

Cons

They took my money and provided nothing.
