Pros

Their customer support is on a level by itself. In my (15+) years in the field, I have never met anyone who said "Oh yes, I love transitioning to a new practice management system". It was a lot of work, no doubt, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the whole team were relentlessly available to support me and my team through the process. I have heard (and experienced) horror stories from the large practice management companies--support for me and my small (but growing) team was one of the major reasons I chose Lumary. They stand by their product, and the software can do amazing things from an analytical perspective.

Cons

It was more sophisticated than the software I was pivoting from, so there was a bit of a learning curve.

Theralytics is an amazing company as well--so this is no shade on them. I just wanted to move to a more thorough, robust system to prepare my organization to scale further.
