Contracts auto renew for 3 years unless you mail in termination requests. Pros N/A i have nothing good to say about this product. Cons Overall poor experience. They Changed the program early this year and the program is worse now then it was before the updated program, No training or customer support on the new program, we went months with out the dash cam. Yet they want a 17k cancelation fee. we have switched to a different fleet tracking software due to the complete lack of customer service and the horrible updated program. we have been with them since 12/6/21 They constantly lost service and would have jumps on the tracking that would add miles to the driver day that he did not drive. I still get email updates for service on the vehicles from the old program which has been discontinued for almost a year.. Worst experience ever with a vendor. It's a rotating door of reps, expensive and support very inconsistent. Can't wait till my term is up to move onto a different platform Pros GPS tracking (when it works), is acceptable Cons Unethical, deceptive contracts. They do 3-year contract which is typical for the industry, but their fine print allows them change pricing whenever they want. So the "savings" of locking into a 3-year contract vanish because they raise prices multiple times. Meanwhile the sales reps lie straight to your face and say the prices are locked in for the contract length. Stay far, far away from these crooks... Customer service from the account reps could be better. The poor guys that work in the support department do the best with the tools they have. Pros The features in attendance are great when working. Cons I hate that you have to reach out to support to make employee changes in the software. We can add them, but we can't remove them. Account reps aren't created equal. We gave our first one a gift when she parted with the company. She was attentive and took great care of our account. The second one was indifferent and referred me to support for every request. This most recent one can't even respond to my emails. The app sometimes shows our drivers are somewhere they aren't. It takes several refreshes or sometimes logging out and logging back in to get the correct location. Reasons for choosing Michelin Connected Fleet I didn't have a choice. But to exonerate a driver from a not a fault crash, or to get an idea of a driver's safety, this does not help Pros Cost and basic features worked well. The reports generated and sent were visibly appealing and easy to analyze. Cons Very limited function. Not a clear understanding of the G force sensitivity that triggers harsh events.
