### "modONE is Worthwhile"

modONE has been a great benefit to our company. It has helped manage an area that was frustrating to manage in the past and there has been greater accountability as a result. From the moment we started setting up modONE, the support has been outstanding. When changes have been suggested to benefit the use of the system, the programmer goes out of their way to try to implement those changes. If they can't do it, they will inform you. If it's a good suggestion, they say, I like that idea, and next update there it is. The support is world-class.

Pros

The ability to view the dashboard in real time is a great feature. Having the ability to create your content with the help of SafetBot and the ability to embed videos into the content is a bonus. The fact that content can be resent to those individuals who may be behind or forgot to fully complete their safety discussion helps me to ensure all employees are getting their training. Also, the fact that no one has to download an app is great and was a main selling point for our company.

Cons

The audit function is my least used function. It is a great tool but we utilize an audit tool in another software program the company utilizes for job management.

It is a robust safety platform that allows us to communicate safety content to the employees across the country, ensuring that they are up to date on what we need them to know.

Nothing. We like everything about modONE. The only time it has failed, is when I fail it by doing something incorrect on my end.

### "A Safety Platform with a lot of versatility!"

ModOne is our preferred safety management platform for safety training because it simplifies employee engagement, allows for the easy development of industry specific training and gives us real-time tracking for individual and company performance.

Pros

ModOne is an outstanding product. There are several features to ModOne that I like. The SafetyBot content creator is an excellent tool that aids in developing industry specific training, making training content impactful to our employees. The Content Schedule allows us to pre-load training up to a year in advance, and we use this feature to schedule training based on industry standards and lagging injury indicators to have the biggest impact on educating the workforce. The Dashboard gives a clear picture of where the location is performing daily while the Engagement Insights allows for an easy review of overall performance and employee participation over a period of time. This is great to measure overall safety engagement trends.

Cons

The System Library has lots of topics, but many of the topics were too general in nature for us to use, we developed much of our content through SafetyBot.

Overall, modONE has been a strong addition to our safety program. It is an effective tool for reinforcing safety culture, documenting engagement, and supporting ongoing training. While it can be used to deliver videos, we intentionally use it (at least for now) for short, low-effort weekly touchpoints to encourage participation rather than overload crews. Shifting responsibility for engagement to individuals - rather than adding another task for superintendents - has been a huge relief and aligns well with how we want safety to function culturally.

Pros

The customer support has been excellent - responsive, accessible, genuinely helpful. We switched to modONE specifically for the SMS delivery model which eliminates the need for another app and removes a major barrier to adoption. I really appreciate the flexibility of the platform and the individual accountability it creates. Engagement is tracked at the individual level which helps build consistent habits over time. The ability to view engagement trends and compare them against provided targets is extremely valuable for guiding safety culture efforts.

Cons

There is a learning curve at the beginning. If you are deeply involved in the setup and daily use, the system feels intuitive - but for someone new, navigation can be confusing at first. I consider myself at least a moderately quick adapter and even I needed time to get oriented. The engagement targets are helpful but modONE could lean into them more with light gamification to help users gain confidence faster.

Overall, my experience with modONE has been positive. It gives me visibility into safety and compliance and makes it easier to confirm training and documentation are completed, although I still have to track down individuals who haven’t finished their training.

Pros

What I liked most was the visibility. It makes safety and compliance trackable instead of conversational. I can see who has completed training, is compliant, and follows procedures in a single platform. The transparency gives me proof instead of assumptions.

Cons

Getting everyone comfortable using it consistently requires ongoing coaching and reminders, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. It also requires frequent updates to mark people out when they aren’t working that week due to vacation, low volume, or workers’ comp. As a Director, I’m not able to mark employees out myself. No easy-to-use app.

Considering the only con i have is the login process sometimes being an issue, I’d say my overall experience is a 9 out of 10.

Pros

I didn’t need to download anything — modONE sends safety content directly by email or SMS, and the Teams Portal makes it simple to access, complete, and stay accountable on any device.

Cons

Sometimes a little glitchy logging in. So not being able to download an app is kind of a drawback as well.

The customer support provided by \[sensitive content hidden\] has been top-notch—they are always just a call, email, or text away. Both have made the transition to Modone smooth, easy, and effortless.

Pros

I appreciate how easy the platform is to manage and use. The paperless workflow, along with the ability to access it on both mobile devices and computers, makes it extremely convenient. It allows me to track who is taking quizzes, who is ignoring them, and who is passing or failing. I can also quickly identify participants who are not receiving emails or text messages due to disconnected phones or bounced emails. Overall, the system is seamless, efficient, and accessible from anywhere.

Cons

At this time, I do not have any negative feedback to share. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the quiz topics more challenging or better tailored to the specific needs of the insulation industry. Other than that, everything has been running smoothly and meeting expectations.

This is a great tool for our clients, and they seem to really use them once they get the hang of it.

Pros

The ease of use is awesome. This quickly helps identify employees who are not participating in the safety topics and allows us to address that immediately. Customer Support is fantastic as well.

Cons

I would make it less clicks to get to certain sections of the platform. It's still easier to use but maybe have more tabs available to quickly get to what you're looking for.

Pros

Extremely easy to use & implement into companies, very straightforward. Does a great job at keeping safety top of mind, as well as consolidating all of the safety information so you have it in the event that you would need it in the future. Mitigates risk & also helps you focus on risk that is specific to your company, full content library & ai bot that can help you make content as well as giving you the ability to upload your own. Extremely cheap & if you have a good insurance agent they can usually find you savings in premium pricing if you're using this program.

Cons

I really have a hard time coming up with what I don't like about modONE as I have had such a positive experience with it.

Pros

What I liked most about modONE was the clear structure and how easy it was to navigate. The format made it simple to understand expectations, track progress, and stay organized throughout the process.

Cons

It would be nice to send a reminder to the users that have not read their text that they have X amount of days until it expires.

Fantastic. I believe that I matter, my company matters, and they are proud of what they do. It shows in how they interact-and after all, customer service is what these types of programs are all about. I saw I had a team alongside me as I built and rolled out, and I believe that team will be there always.

Pros

Customer Support is fantastic. Not only do I feel valued as a client, but the company is also transparent. Many companies tried to appear as if they had it all together but couldn't answer direct questions during the sales "pitch". With modONE, I tried the free trial, and just kept going and going, I compared many different programs before I purchased, and tired many free trials, using this as the standard that I measured everyone else against. I kept coming back to modONE. It's great to just be able to use a program, instead of having to spend hours to learn how to talk to it first.

Cons

No real complaints, they were still rolling out a feature I wanted, but gave me a work-around to get past its implementation date. Who does that?

Reason for choosing modONE

It was intuitive, customizable, has a library of their own, customer support was on point. Has the automation and customization I need

Nothing but a positive experience with a phenomenal product and the team behind it!

Pros

The ease of use across the board makes this product top-notch. From scheduling content, to creating safety training, to sending alerts about bad weather. It has it all! It has made my job managing the safety program more organized and streamlined. Not to mention the improvement to our safety culture!

Cons

I have ZERO qualms with the modONE software. Anytime I have had a technical issue the support team has handled it within minutes!
