Considering the only con i have is the login process sometimes being an issue, I’d say my overall experience is a 9 out of 10.

Pros

I didn’t need to download anything — modONE sends safety content directly by email or SMS, and the Teams Portal makes it simple to access, complete, and stay accountable on any device.

Cons

Sometimes a little glitchy logging in. So not being able to download an app is kind of a drawback as well.

Glad the no-download experience is working for you: getting safety content by SMS/email and being able to complete it in the Team Member Portal from any device is exactly what we’re aiming for. We also hear you on the occasional login glitches. That’s not the experience we want. If you can share what you’re seeing (device type, browser, and what happens when it gets stuck), our team will use that to troubleshoot and improve reliability. And on the “no app” point — we built modONE to work without installs so it’s easier for crews to participate, but we understand that some people prefer an app-style experience. Overall, my experience with modONE has been positive. It gives me visibility into safety and compliance and makes it easier to confirm training and documentation are completed, although I still have to track down individuals who haven’t finished their training.

Pros

What I liked most was the visibility. It makes safety and compliance trackable instead of conversational. I can see who has completed training, is compliant, and follows procedures in a single platform. The transparency gives me proof instead of assumptions.

Cons

Getting everyone comfortable using it consistently requires ongoing coaching and reminders, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. It also requires frequent updates to mark people out when they aren’t working that week due to vacation, low volume, or workers’ comp. As a Director, I’m not able to mark employees out myself. No easy-to-use app.

It is a robust safety platform that allows us to communicate safety content to the employees across the country, ensuring that they are up to date on what we need them to know.

ModOne is the best safety training tool I have ever encountered. The ability to provide pertinent safety materials directly to employees in an easy to digest format is a game changer. Excellent value to cost ratio!

Pros

ModOne is an innovative safety tool that not only allows you to send safety related content to your employee's mobile phone, but the user-friendly dashboard allows you to monitor which employees engage with the content. The content scheduler makes consistent safety messaging a breeze. In addition, the system is very flexible and offers a high level of customization. This is all tied together by excellent customer service.

Cons

Our experience has been positive. I am constantly learning about features that continue to enhance the experience.

ModOne is our preferred safety management platform for safety training because it simplifies employee engagement, allows for the easy development of industry specific training and gives us real-time tracking for individual and company performance.

Pros

ModOne is an outstanding product. There are several features to ModOne that I like. The SafetyBot content creator is an excellent tool that aids in developing industry specific training, making training content impactful to our employees. The Content Schedule allows us to pre-load training up to a year in advance, and we use this feature to schedule training based on industry standards and lagging injury indicators to have the biggest impact on educating the workforce. The Dashboard gives a clear picture of where the location is performing daily while the Engagement Insights allows for an easy review of overall performance and employee participation over a period of time. This is great to measure overall safety engagement trends.

Cons

The System Library has lots of topics, but many of the topics were too general in nature for us to use, we developed much of our content through SafetyBot.

As a Risk Management Advisor, modONE has allowed me to customize their safety program allowing me to monitor and work with the client to achieve ultimate engagement.

Pros

The ability to take a safety program administered via paper to digital and know who is engaged in safety organizationally.

Cons

modONE is so automated, my clients let it run and forget to monitor on a regular basis, but when they do, they can see those employees that have not been engaged and they act.
