It's great. Sure beats managing schedules in your head or from a google calendar. Allows me to have more free time.

Pros

Ease of integration with the Zoho ecosystem. We already use Books and Expense so it is awesome to have our customer database sync over.

Cons

There's a lot of moving pieces and some features we won't be using but cannot turn off. May take a while to learn how to use it.

Cons

Setup can be complex and time-consuming. Some features are not intuitive, and the mobile app has minor usability issues that can slow down data entry.

Really easy to use would highly recommend this app to anyone that would like to do business and keep everything in one place

Pros

Fast response and order are quickly available sign up and had a request with two days for services to help a customer

Cons

There nothing so far that i dislike about zoho FSM really easy to modify and make appointments easier to keep track

Its an amazing tool that helps with managing our field services teams efficiently and the reporting and live tracking features are really great

Pros

Most businesses struggle with "app fatigue." Zoho FSM eliminates the need for expensive middleware or messy API connections between your sales, service, and finance departments.

Cons

At the moment the service appointment limitation can be a challange as some months we have more appointments then other

I been having a overall good time so far with Zoho FSM. My only struggle is not figuring out automations.

Pros

I like the features of Zoho FSM. Zoho FSM is very user Friendly. I really like the service appointment option Job Sheets. I have added a Job Sheet for each of my services. I wish that FSM was offered as a Zoho One app. I have to pay more to use FSM.

Cons

I wish that FSM was offered as a Zoho One app. I have to pay more to use FSM. I also wish Zoho made it easier to create a work order for Zoho CRM Deals' approval stage.

Great experience. Improved our service delivery. The cordination from ticketing to assignment and dispatch of the resources and instant feedback from the client helps us streamline our service delivery.

Pros

The easy coordination of Work orders and automation of the activities between the dispatcher, field service technicians and the client makes it easier to cordinate site activites.

Cons

The reporting part and sequence of steps might be a little bit complex and cumbersome. A sequential flow would make it more fun to interact.

Très fluide, une suite fiable avec Zoho CRM et les autres logiciels de la suite. Avant, nous étions avec un logiciel sur Filemaker et c'était très lourd.

Pros

La fluidité et la fiabilité. De plus, le logiciels n'est pas trop cher. On paie par utilisation. Ce qui est bien pour les petites entreprises.

Cons

Jusqu'à présent j'aime tout. J'aurais apprécié un design un peu plus costaud. Pour le visuel il y aurait un petit travail à faire.

Pros

The seamless connection between customer records, work orders, scheduling, and invoicing. Everything flows in one place.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep at the beginning, and setting up the workflows takes time. A simpler onboarding would be helpful.

My overall experience with Zoho FSM has been excellent. It helped me organize field services better, track jobs clearly, and have full visibility of my staff in real time. The system is reliable, fast, and offers complete transparency in workflows. I definitely recommend it to any business looking for an effective field service management solution.

Pros

Zoho FSM is very user-friendly and well-structured. The ability to manage jobs, dispatches, and field teams in real time has greatly improved my team’s efficiency. The integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk is also a huge advantage because all the data is centralized in one place.

Cons

Sometimes the configuration and customization take a little time to fully understand, but once you get used to it, everything works very smoothly.
