For me as a manager, it is very clear to see the booking every day or week etc. I like the idea of getting emails when an a booking is made or cancelled. Pros Dipsido is very easy to use and make bookings. The people that I send the link to use Dipsido are having no issues booking in time slots or meeting rooms. Cons When I needed to cancel a reoccurring appointment for a therapist, I got 400 emails that I had to delete which was a tad annoying. I like the ability to onboard users before sending them invite and uploading floor plan. Pros Clean interface that is easy to use. User management is also great. Free version is quite generous for including 20 users. Cons Reporting desk occupancy is not as straightforward as I would like. I wish the free version was for less users but more feature. Also slack integration seems to be lacking some functionalities. No notifications are coming through and would be nice to send aggregated notifications to admin on occupancy on specific days.
