Really positive experience. There is always help available and they listen very careful to business objectives.

They're incredibly flexible, adapting Newline's WMS to meet our unique requirements without a hitch. Plus, their expertise in the system ensures we get the most out of its features, keeping our stock perfectly tracked and organized.

Cons

Nothing to dislike really - we wanted to use the WMS on a small laptop and some pages didn't quite have enough space. However, Newline have listened and already fixed that issue.

My experience with Newline WMS is Good and it's service also Excellent.

Pros

The real-time inventory tracking feature of Newline WMS is one of my favourite features. I can view my inventory levels in real time thanks to this function, which is crucial for ensuring that I never run out of product. I particularly appreciate that many of my warehouse chores, like picking and packing orders, can be automated with Newline WMS. My time and money have been greatly saved by this.

Cons

More alternatives for pricing are required to suit companies of all sizes.

Pros

I enjoy this platform because, prior to it, it was incredibly hard to discover anything in a warehouse or search for it. Using this has made it simple for me to locate items in the warehouse and to automate tasks related to warehouse management, such as labelling products, managing stock or inventory, and keeping track of orders, all of which improve warehouse productivity. This tool helps me save time and provide the best possible experience for my clients.

Cons

There were frequently long waits for customer service. I hope it can be made better.

Pros

I appreciate that Newline WMS can automate a lot of the manual processes I used to perform. I can now focus on other, more crucial activities because this has freed up my time. Newline WMS, for instance, has the ability to automatically make pick lists, shipping labels, and inventory level tracking.

Cons

The reporting functionality is something I would want to see improved.

Pros

Newline giving great experience for us. Easy for us to manage warehouse very efficiently. We can track the order, stock availability, create labels and processed the order using the single application. There are lots of customisation in the app that we can do as per the taste. It works very efficiently and flawlessly with CRM without any lag.

Cons

Costing is my concern because according to me it is costly for startup or small business. But it gives lots of features in this segment.

Pros

Newline WMS allow me to manage inventory in real-time like tracking orders, stock availablity and much more. Warehouse management is really big task but after using the Newline it saves our time as well as helps in improving Warehouse scalability, productivity and efficiency. Overall as per my experience Newline is game changer as well as rich solution for Wearhouse management.

Cons

More features and customisation options needs to be added. But I don't have any serious concern.
