absolutely nothing they don't care about you as a customer once you've paid the lifetime fee since they already have your money

I purchased their $5,000 “lifetime access” deal, and it has become obvious that once they collect the money, the support essentially disappears. I signed up in August and to this day I still do not have an active, functioning account. Customer service has been almost nonexistent — it took over two months just to get a single call scheduled to attempt to launch my account. I was also charged many months upfront for mailboxes when we never launched and also never worked. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to provide a refund for a service that has never been usable. Other founders deserve to know what they may be walking into. I saw that other companies have had similar issues dealing with their customer service. I highly recommend avoiding B2BRocket

I love the templates and the flow editor; they are really awesome, and they save you a lot of time when you have to run your campaigns. Thanks to the precise reporting and to the recommended practices, our engagement rates have gone up ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌significantly.

Cons
