After days of back‑and‑forth, they finally admitted the trial runs until January, but still refused to issue a refund. I never used the service at all — I had actually forgotten about it. Yet for 10 days straight I kept getting the same canned responses, no resolution, no accountability. Their CEO on LinkedIn speaks highly of the platform (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nitinmahajan2/), but the reality is very different. This feels like a deliberate scam: charging before the trial ends, ignoring customer complaints, and dragging things out until people give up.
