The program has many useful features for business use. Pros Wunderbuild is a cost-effective Management tool for our Construction business. Their client support is excellent with a chat feature but also in-person video meetings to offer support. They are upgrading features continuously to improve their services. As a new construction support person, they have been invaluable in developing my understanding and skills in using processes. They have an excellent team who is patient, proactive and adaptive. Cons Having an established set of video training resources from job start to finish would be ideal, especially for those new to the industry and the program. The team at Wunderbuild have a great product that is continuously improving every week. It saves us so much time each and every week. We would not operate without it now. Pros The features are great; scheduling, communication, lead management, estimating and take-offs, documents folder, QRs, Time tracking, jobs and cost tracking, site diaries, template folders, xero integrations. Its ease of use, value for money, customer support are all top of class. Then there's the simple use of communication for your clients and team, keeping everything in the one place has been a huge game changer. Cons At first, coming from a different platform, it took some time to get used to a new layout, but eventually we got the hang of all the features and where they were and now it's the new norm and wouldn't have it any other way. Wunderbuild has helped bring structure and visibility to key parts of our business. It saves time, reduces errors, and allows us to manage jobs more efficiently. The fact that they listen to users and continue to refine the product gives us confidence we're using a platform that will evolve with our needs. Pros The clarity it brings to project management is exceptional. Real-time progress tracking keeps the whole team aligned and on top of the job, while the integrated client portal makes communication with clients easy and professional. It reduces the back-and-forth and gives everyone confidence in the process. The support team is also a standout. They are responsive, helpful, and continue to improve the platform based on user input. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve at the start, particularly getting familiar with the full scope of features. Some functions took time to integrate into our workflow, but once we got up to speed, the system proved to be very efficient. It meets our needs and continually improving, they also take on advice and ideas to continually improve to help the consumers. Pros Great software that can be integrated into a building business. They provide excellent support and communication when required. They are also updating and improving the software constantly. Cons Certain parts like scheduling were clunky at first but have since been rectified to a much better and user friendly version.
