Globalement, l’expérience avec Paelo est très positive. La plateforme est intuitive, fiable et répond bien aux besoins opérationnels en matière de gestion des formations et de conformité. Elle permet un gain de temps significatif pour les équipes et améliore la visibilité sur les suivis.

Pros

Paelo est très facile à mettre en place et à utiliser que ce soit pour l'employé pour ses formations et pour le superviseurs qui doivent faire le suivi. L'avantage principale c'est qu'il cumule tous les temps de formation et assure les suivis, renouvellement et ou rafraichissement des formations. La plateforme simplifie grandement la gestion de la conformité et réduit les risques d’oubli.

Cons

L’identification des utilisateurs repose principalement sur le numéro de téléphone et l’adresse courriel. Dans un contexte multi-entreprises ou multi-sites, cela peut entraîner des ambiguïtés ou des doublons. Il serait pertinent d’ajouter un identifiant unique plus robuste ou une gestion améliorée des profils multi-organisation afin d’éviter toute confusion et faciliter l’administration.

La flexibilité, la rapidité de retour, la volonté de développer en continue la plate forme. Sur le plan de la gestion pure et dure de la formation, il reste encore un peu de chemin à faire pour remplacer Cognibox par exemple.

Pros

La création de formation par module est très intéressante, surtout dans le contexte d'utilisation de vidéo. L'accès aux formation programmée via le calendrier facilite les modification rapides. En plus de la flexibilité de programmation d'outils en ligne.

Cons

Il est difficile de comprendre ce que les icones veulent dire, en effet, les libellés n'apparaissent pas sur tous les icônes. Il est difficile de bien suivre les attestation de formation avec récurrence via les rapport existants. Bien qu'on nous offre une coquille vide, il est difficile de bien cerner les interactions probables entre les listes disponibles et la création de formations.

Nous sommes une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication de pièces d'acier forgées. PAELO nous permet d'effectuer des suivis rapides en évitant la manipulation de documents.

Pros

PAELO nous permet un suivi facile du profil de formation des employés, et ce, dès leur embauche. Il nous permet aussi d'assurer que les entrepreneurs aient les compétences requises avant leur arrivée sur le site.

Cons

L'interface de la plateforme pourrait être amélioré afin de faciliter la navigation des usagers. Certains champs pourraient être optionnels selon les préférences de l'entreprise.

Le logiciel Paelo est trés bien monté, il est interractif et permet une formation a distance optimisée. on peut suivre une formation par partie ce qui permet de gérer son temps.

Paelo est une très bonne synthétisation de la formation, il est également fait sur un bon visuel, avec une lecture audio

Cons

j'ai constaté que certains textes étaient trop petits, mais cela a été compensé par la lecture audio

Logique, méthodique, bonnes explications écrites, auditives et visuelles, convivial, vidéo explicatif au début des formations bien fait, informations claires et faciles à comprendre, examens pertinents

Cons

Pas un problème mais parfois décalage entre ce qui est dit, et écrit, et aussi parfois problème de vidéo, avec lignes à l'écran, certains objets cliquables durant les examens ne changent pas d'aspect lorsque sélectionnés

Pros

Informative, accurate, easy to follow. The video made the information and ability to retain the information easy.

Sometmes the video would restart after a few min. Some aspects were not applicable to my specific duties but overall very interesting.

Quelque fois, la video jouait et sa disait que le video etait en pause ? bug de systeme je ne sais pas, somme toute j'ai bien aimé.

Pros

Pour une premiere journée de formation a la maison, Paelo est super facile d'approche, je compare a la formation de mon ancien emploi, qui etait compliquer.

Cons

Je n'ai pas de commentaire négatifs, être ''timer'' est un peu stressant, je crois que toute personne, apprenne a leur propre rhytme.

Great simple tools to manipulate and managing all the learning programs and tracking various projects progress the software is amazing.

Pros

Activity tracking and the easy solution for all course management and the Assessment functionality are excellent. Creating data reports in real time and coordination using this product saves time and very amazing data analytics production system.

Easy and no problems on first deployment and the features are simple to custom and nothing to dislike.

la plateforme est constamment en évolutions, et c'est un très beau projet en développement. l'ouverture des concepteur est très propice à nos nombreux besoins spécifiques !

Pros

lecture en direct, suivi des durées de formation, gestion des utilisateurs simple.

Cons

l'aisance à naviguer/filtrer dans certains module, l'exportation est également complexe lorsque nous avons plusieurs pages à traiter.

Facile pour la planification, et consulté dossier des travailleurs. Également pour les formateurs c'est facile ajouter document, créer formulaire et attester les apprenants

Cons

Besoin de travailler sur demande de formation en lien avec les séances et les date. Le super formateur devrait être en mesure approuver une demande de formation et changer la date de formation. Également il serait intéressant d'etre en mesure de linké séance de formation en présentiel avec calendrier Outlook.
