Pros The best thing about Breakcold is its UI and the surprisingly good lead management and prospecting capabilities within the best prospecting mediums, Linkedin and Twitter. It's fast to setup, easy to use, deploy and train my team with. I had this setup and working for just 2 hours! Imagine that! Cons The ability to switch workspaces, and add a separate pipeline to keep the pipelines clean. Other than that, it's all good! Why no one on chat? There is no import or export function for your data, nothing mentioned in help docs. So if you leave, they assume all data is Linkedin anyway? You cannot import your current data from another provider either and enrich their social profiles? Pros Linkedin integration and unified inbox! Super idea! Cons No support when your trialling it, the help documentation doesnt cover some key areas and its super frustrating not being able to chat to anyone, massive time waster, as it stands would not sign up. Pros I like the simplicity of how Breakcold can manage multiple platforms all in one place to keep me focused on what I am doing which is prospecting. I don't need to jump around between different tools I can just log into BC and manage all the messages there. Although it comes with CRM itself once cold lead becomes a client of ours we still can integrate BC CRM system into our own client CRM seamlessly. Cons The same thing happens to all the young tools, they always have a few bugs here or there so this is also happening on Breakcold when you use it every day you may notice this. Although Zapier integration is there we can integrate with thousands of external tools but still, if we can have more native integrations that will be more wallet-friendly because Zapier keeps increasing the price, we still want to lower our expense on that part. Pros The most useful feature inside of Breakcold is definitely the social selling element. I'm able to really easily and quickly keep track with what my leads and clients are getting up to and interact directly through the feed. Its a massive time saver and that feature alone can be accessed for just $29/mo I believe. Cons The way that accounts are priced is a little tricky when you have multiple and are running a cold email campaign through the software. I completely understand that cold email isn't the priority of the platform but being able to have both in one is great it just scales up the price quite quickly. The CRM is relatively new-I think 18 ish months old-and the development has been very fast and very good. The tool is quite easy to both setup and use, and the socials list feed is excellent and makes it super easy to not miss posts from potential clients. So you can take nurturing to a new level. Pros Breakcold has most of the things things you see in most sales CRM's. But it has a few you dont see. You can use sender rotation on the emails so you can send more volume and actually hit the inbox. Then it has both Linkedin and Twitter integrations that allow you to see selected prospects inside the CRM. So you can both build a specific list and then engage from right inside the CRM instead of having to track in all down on each platform for a specific list. Cons The two drawbacks I can think of are minor. One is that since it integrates with LinkedIn you need to use an extension, but you need that for every single tool in existence that integrates with LinkedIn. So it is a LinkedIn thing and not a Breakcold thing. The second minor drawback is that the sales pipeline reporting could be improved/expanded. It’s easier to get things done with Breakcold. Pros The biggest problem with the usage of a CRM comes from it being an extra step in the communication pipeline. But with Breakcold, the feed makes it as fluid as possible. Instead of going back and forth with your CRM software. You’re communicating inside the software. Cons Since I don’t use Twitter, LinkedIn is the only option for me. And currently there are only LinkedIn and Twitter feeds integrated.
