la experiencia ha sido buena, con puntos por mejorar de acuerdo a lo anteriormente mencionado, sin embargo, nos ayuda mucho en la gestión de cobranza.

Pros

las comunicaciones, la plataforma del portal del cliente, que es muy amigable y la cargar masiva de cronogramas

Cons

No se puede modificar los campos cuando se acepta un pago, o modificar un cronograma de manera rápida donde se le ponga las condiciones, también, cargar varios voucher de pago para una cuota.

Nos han entregado un servicio como un partner, no como un proveedor más. Realmente cumplen con la oferta de ser una empresa de tecnología que entrega un software de cobranza.

Pros

Constantemente incorporan actualizaciones y mejoras, considerando y priorizando las que se necesitan con mayor urgencia.

Cons

No tengo reclamos ni molestias, cada vez que tuvimos que adaptar algo, siempre nos acompañaban o explicaban la mejor alternativa para avanzar.

Parece que el proceso de incorporación necesita una mejora, pero por lo demás, el software cumple lo prometido. La interfaz de usuario es excelente y fácil de usar para empleados sin conocimientos técnicos. ¡Enhorabuena al equipo de Moonflow!

Pros

Impresionante seguimiento tras suscribirse al software. Fácil de usar. Hay muchísimos programas que solucionan el problema de la cobranza, pero ninguno como Moonflow. Ahorra tiempo y dinero en las operaciones diarias.

Cons

La incorporación es lenta, pero vale la pena. Preferiría que el proceso de incorporación fuera rápido. Si ya está en operaciones, considere que podría no empezar de inmediato.

La mejor, desde el primer momento sentí el acompañamiento y disposición para que mi proyecto se de, la plataforma es muy flexible y fácil de conocer, el seguimiento y resultados me dicen que hice una buena elección.

la flexibilidad, tengo el control de toda mi gestión, dependo de mi mismo para seguir avanzando y aprendiendo mas de la plataforma

me hubiera encantando tener sesiones presenciales para la implementación pero no fue un stopper

La experiencia de la plataforma es excelente, ya que se mantiene estable 24/7 y te ofrece una forma muy adaptable de configurar, con la ayuda del equipo de IT, los envíos de masividad.

Pros

La automatización del cobro, mediante una logística diaria y mensual, nos facilita poder llegar de forma oportuna al cliente.

Cons

Al tener todo en una plataforma, solo recomendaría incluir todo el sistema de programar campañas de llamadas mediante marcadores predictivos o progresivos.

La simplicidad para comenzar a usarlo y la capacidad para aliviar la gestión diaria de la cobranza preventiva y administrativa

Que no tengan proceso habilitado de pasarela de pagos A2A para cuentas de empresas
