Much easier for clients to schedule and takes work off my shoulders. I can't say enough good things about their excellent customer support...which is something hard to find these days. Pros It's ease of use, easy setup, no learning curve, user access is a breeze and it eliminates the back and forth of scheduling. It's integration with Outlook calendar was the key feature I was looking for. Their support is top notch and very responsive. Cons The Outlook integration was a bit cumbersome as I was using old directions and their new process was very quick.
