Overall, it was a great and useful tool for me in the middle of a heavy fundraising season in the pre-launch phase of planting a new church.

Pros

It's robust features streamlined my contact management and fundraising. Being able to plug in gift amounts for various donors made it easy to track progress in our campaign as well.

Cons

Would've liked to have a Kanban board workflow setup. This is merely a personal preference. But overall, Karani is a very useful tool.

Pros

Karani was recommended to us be an experienced missionary. It has been super helpful to us. We initially met with one hundred people in one hundred days to invite them to support us. Keeping track of calls, texts, asks, pledges, gifts, and thank you’s was and continues to be complicated. But Karani has helped us stay on top of it all and communicate with our support team in meaningful ways.

Cons

When we began using Karani, it didn’t offer integration with with MailChimp as it does now. So we have two different databases that we manually keep in sync. New people can integrate them from the start.
