my experience with Buzz has been amazing! i use it to communicate with my team and share files if i need to. it's very secure so your privacy is not exposed.

Buzz is great for communicating with your team and staff for your business and it allows you to share images and filed if you need to with your staff.

Cons

Nothing. Buzz is amazing and works great. very easy to use with no problems at all. I've used it for years.

Helps me interact with clients 10x easier

Pros

With so many spam calls these days my patients don't always answer a call back if it's from unknown caller because I blocked my cell phone. With this app I can set my caller ID to my office and my patients know to answer. This has saved our office tons of time in call backs and it's convenient, set it and forget it or I can change it if I'm working out of a different office.

Couldn’t read as well but it’s probably just my eyesight , wished to zoom in a little more

Our organization uses Buzz to ensure we are communicating about our clients/patients in a secure, compliant fashion. I always have it open on my desktop and always have it open on my mobile device. Prior to Buzz, we were texting in code and having to make phone calls for basic communication. Now we simply use Buzz!

Pros

It just works! We use it throughout the day both on our desktops and our mobile devices and it always works well. It gives us great peace of mind to know that we are communicating in a secure and compliant fashion.

Cons

Our organization has not experienced any major downsides. If anything, there are features Buzz has that we need to explore using more in our operation.

Pros

Buzz provides an easy to use, reliable, scalable, and secure platform for all my communication needs with my clients. Starting from setting new clients up with this application, to sending reminders and notifications for timely completion of actions or updates, to audio/video conferencing, sending documents securely, esigning, and the ability to have everything archived is bulk of what I need. I have evaluated multiple other platforms and Buzz is the only platform that provides a comprehensive solution for all my collaboration needs with my clients.

Cons

I cannot think of anything specific - but I wish that some of the other ecosystem partners were using the Buzz platform also which could make my entire business dealings seamless. I am sure that over time this will happen and till then I keep referring my partners to download and use Buzz.

I have to rely on my staff and also need to be able to call patients / family members. This provides the full value for any physician.

Pros

Chat, Telephone, video, fax and emails are integrated - all in one so finding information and maintaining history is great. Don’t have to be concerned about compliance as this platform handles it. As a cardiologist, ease of communication and getting the staff in the care is valuable for me.

Cons

Nothing so far. Lots of features but Discovering new features as I got more proficient and \[sensitive content hidden\] as they are released is a good way to learn the platform.
