Pros It is very easy to use, and as a banker, navigating the app never gave me any issues. The shortcut menu makes things very swift, I can get real time information about my clients, and with that I am able to assist them appropriately. Cons Turn around time for any new features request was time consuming. Improvements can be also made in simplifying the overall UI of the solution as well. From an active front and back office user experience, I can attest to its ability to categorize many users with different levels of functions and user rights with high level of audit trails and reports generation. It offers great inter branch interactions while maintaining the right levels of separations and authorizations. Cons Meaningful customization as use as intended meaning putting a lot of hour in training and often seemed complicated especially for first time users. Pros Finacle is a 360 software that offers core banking capabilities, integration with other systems is very possible and it has a highly secure environment. Cons One area of improvement I would recommend is centered around timely updates so as enable customers experience additional features.
