Pros Some of my favorite features of AdminPlus include: the relative ease of learning to use the system, the ease of finding information on students, the schedule building, and the ability to create various forms/documents within the system such as transcripts and report cards. I also appreciate that AdminPlus securely stores all the school's information, and it is an easy tool to access from anywhere. Cons The system doesn't always load smoothly, or takes a significant period of time to retrieve information. Sometimes the system has crashed on me as well. Switched from [OptionC](https://www.capterra.com/p/56570/OptionC/) AdminPlus provided improved versions of features of OptionC that we were looking to uprgade to, as well as plenty of features that we wanted to use that OptionC did not offer. However, the user interface feels outdated Pros reliable and comprehensive, with strong features for attendance, grading, scheduling, and reporting. It handles student data accurately and supports core school operations effectively. Cons 1-Reports, searches, and data loading can be slow, especially with large datasets. 2-The web interface may not offer full functionality compared to the desktop version. They are always responsive and help even when it has been operator error. lol Pros With the addition of AdminPlus.com, the system is easy to navigate and use. Making changes to the system takes less time than when we used AdminPlus Classic. Cons In AdminPlus.com not all the reports we use are integrated and the report forms don't work for us right now. The big issue is the custom report card that was created for us by Rediker hasn't been made available in AdminPlus.com. No APNotify in AdminPlus.com. We use Groups and it doesn't seem to be available in the AdminPlus app. Switched from [Blackbaud K-12 Solutions](https://www.capterra.com/p/196276/K-12-Schools/) Blackbaud raised they cost so much that we could no longer afford that system. Pros I love the upgrade that is available from the older "classic" version. Instead of the tedious logging in and going from place to place its all in one area and quick. Cons Waiting for what is to come. Im still waiting to see whats going to be done with report cards for our students each trimester. Not transcripts but report cards. So many have been educators that they understand our needs. Pros We have been with Admin Plus for more than 23 years. I like the flexibility of the fields and the Contact DB integration. The newer AdminPlus.com has wonderful custom features and is easy to use. The report-writing feature is coming along well and the import and export/Excel is very helpful to us. The Support staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond. Cons The Classic version was outdated, particularly with its Excel version, but the AdminPlus.com version appears to have taken feedback and improved it greatly. The platform’s design leans more traditional, and some modules require training for new staff. Integrations and customization options exist but may take additional setup depending on district needs. Even so, once configured, AdminPlus delivers a smooth day‑to‑day experience and reduces the friction that often comes with SIS management. Pros Rediker AdminPlus has been a reliable, user‑friendly SIS for our district. It streamlines scheduling, attendance, and reporting, making daily operations smoother for staff. Cons User interface feels dated compared to newer SIS platforms. While functional, some screens and workflows could benefit from a more modern, streamlined design.
