This software was purchased decades ago. One day we came in and were unable to use the software that we paid for. We were "held hostage" until we paid their support fee. We would not recommend this software to anyone.

Pros

Ease of use - did not appreciate being held "hostage" to pay their support fee.

Cons

The support fee - you have no choice to use support or not.

Our representative, Anthony Fortune, who has been serving us for over 5 years has been an incredible resource when ever we had questions about the platform. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his management of our account. Tip of my hat to Anthony for sure!

Pros

For me, one of the best attributes of the AutoManager platform is the simplicity it provides in designing your website. Very easy to manage, and seamless when entering new pieces of inventory.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. The product is well thought out, easy to use, and provides the end user with a nicely finished website.
