The team was great to work with. Very understanding and knowledgable. When you do need things updated i will the process was faster and didnt take as much time.

Pros

I like that you can view all your product with costing and margins in one place. The building of the boms and shapes is veruy beneficially for housing historical data and making blocks.

Cons

I dont like that once you go live anything you need unlocked or editable cost extra. Alot of times you dont realize your missing something until you use it on a day to day basis.

It was good. Centric is used by a lot of company as this is a great tool. There still room for improvement but overall the performance of the system is good.

Pros

Centric is a very effective tool in our company. This serves as our source of truth for most of the attributes we use.

Cons

Whenever we have issue, it take some time for it to be solve which cause some delays on our day to day operation.

We were working to find a way to use Centric as a tracking document, something that could auto fill the dates of when tasks within the development life cycle of the style were completed. It needed to update in real time and pull dates as they were happening. The closest we could get to that was to run various reports. But, it wasn't exactly what we needed it to do.

Pros

This software was OK, but not the best out there. It was easy enough to learn and to train junior team members to use. I especially liked to sales reps and found them to be very quick to respond and helpful when it came to questions and ways to use the system more efficiently.

Cons

It does the job, but is a little clunky. It seems slightly outdated. It also takes an extremely long time to PFD a tech pack.

We have multiple brands running in our instance of Centric. It is nice to have one spot where all of our team can work out of to create product.

Pros

We like what we've been able to build the program in to. Their support is also good.

Cons

The program is pretty spendy. As customizations are added, the cost to maintain goes up.

Pros

Once learned, really easy to make small updates on your own without spending more money with the support team. Really inclusive to all types of products.

Cons

Can be tough to learn, there are so many places to get lost in the system. Places that need customized can be tough to get linked to all other fields needed if not realized up front.
