Muy buena la plataforma, sin embargo, como lo exprese anterior mente falta el canal de comunicación de WhatsApp, cabe anotar que mi asesora es un amor muy muy dispuesto en mis infinitas dudas y mil equivocaciones

Es muy completa la plataforma, tiene muchos elementos útiles, es fácil de diligenciar los cursos por ahora los ligeros.

Cons

Una de las desventajas es que no hay un canal de respuesta rápida con mi asesor, soy nueva en esto y no conozco mucho, mi asesora está muy pendiente sin embargo el tema de estar de correo y correo no es tan asertivo, sería bueno implementar el WhatsApp

Es una plataforma cómoda tanto para profesores, administradores y padres, la facilidad para el recaudo de pagos es muy sencilla de manejar entendible y eficiente en la parte contable, minimizando actividades administrativas. Me gusta su manejo y lo recomendaría a colegas.

Es un plataforma que economiza tiempo en gestión administrativa, por su facíl manejo y comprensión de su utilización es mas rápido tener informes, el seguimiento de los estudiantes tanto para profesores como para los padres

Que dependiendo del paquete adquirido hay cosas que uno puede o no puede tener y si hay una sola cosa del paquete superior que uno requiere no se podría tener ya que estaría sujeto a comprar todo el otro paquete si la necesidad de todo el otro paquete superior

Buena pero podría mejorar para toda la comunidad de educación superior. El problema generación de estadísticas.

Pros

en general es bueno. Desventaja es no poder recuperar los contenidos para retomar en el siguiente semestre. Hay unas llamadas plantillas que en realidad nadie entiende ni usa.

No tener acceso a generar mis propias estadísticas. Los informes no son suficientes para generar estadísticas para el ministerio de educación.

Lo amigable en el proceso de crear cursos, sus diferentes ayudas, las conferencias con los analistas de la Cuenta, etc

Cons

Que a veces no son claro los temas de permisos y que hay varios elementos que se pueden mejorar y analizar, y que hagan mejores descuentos cuando se lleva mas tiempo con Q10

Satisfactoria. Hemos podido incluir todos los elementos de un sistema académico a nivel general. Nos proyectaremos como un instituto.

Lo práctico del programa ha ayudado a mejorar la academia. Con la implementación del sistema. Estamos probando.

Cons

Está estructurado para empresas académicas grandes en principio. Y algunos items hemos tenido que adaptarlos. Ya que tenemos cursos cortos.

A veces cuando uno sube o carga alguna imagen, el tener que cuadrarla. Debería la misma plataforma acomodarla por medidas.

Hola, Mylene. En cuanto al ajuste de imágenes, entendemos lo importante que es para ti que la plataforma se adapte fácilmente. Actualmente, por ser un estándar de nuestro sistema, las imágenes deben cumplir con un tamaño específico (300x400 píxeles en formato JPG) para garantizar que se visualicen correctamente sin necesidad de ajustes adicionales. Si se cargan con estas características, la plataforma las gestiona de manera óptima.

En informes de tiempo de interacción por cada items(Talleres, pdf, scorm, videos) no es descargable, identificado por cada materia

La integración con el app academido en donde esta integrado con las carreras y materias del estudiante

Cons

LMS limitado en carga de preguntas de forma masiva, limitado en intregración con herramientas de tipo LTI

Bien, si no fuera por el hecho negativo expresado sería genial y excelente la experiencia docente de evaluación en Q10

Rápidez y confiabilidad en los procesos académicos y de evaluación, esuna herramienta de opimización de los procesos

Cons

A veces se desaparecen los estudiantes de las listas de los módulos de formación, sin una explicación lógica

Es buena a nivel general. Es intuitiva y se facilita resolver inquietudes con los asesores. Sería bueno tomar las sugerencias y solicitudes como aporte y no cobrar.

Pros

La asesoría es buena. La asesoría es oportuna. La herramienta es de consulta e intuitiva. Buena .

Cons

Cuando se requiere resolver un impase y cobran por adecuaciones que llaman desarrollos. El costo en ocasiones es muy alto el costo.

Todo muy bien per le falta la integración con TEAMS y mejorar la interfaz de las aulas virtuales pero por lo demás todo super bien

Pros

Todo en un solo lugar, rápido y sencillo y la respuesta de las personas es muy buena en especial de \[contenido sensible oculto\]

Cons

No es muy intuitivo y la imagen podría mejorar mucho, se ve una interfaz antigua y le falta la integración con Microsoft TEAMS
