My overall experience with Parcel Panel has been great. The app is easy to use, the tracking page looks professional, and the support team genuinely cares about helping customers. Pros

Parcel Panel has been extremely helpful and reliable for my store. The feature I liked the most was how quickly they respond and assist with any issue. Their support team is fast, friendly, and very clear with their guidance, which makes the whole setup and customization process smooth and stress-free.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t anything major that I dislike about Parcel Panel. Everything works as expected and once you understand where each setting is located, the app functions smoothly. Any small confusion I had was resolved quickly by their support team, so there’s nothing negative I can point out.

Very happy with the app and will upgrade once our order numbers grow more. The customer support is also great. Was just on the live chat - their response was immediate and Jessca helped resolve the issue quickly.

Pros

I compared Parcel panel to the main alternative AfterShip, and found ParcelPanel much easer to set up. The features are nice and they offer a pretty generous free tier.

Cons

I get a lot of orders where the supplier doesn't provide a tracking number. I can Fullfill these orders in Shopify, but I have to manually update each of the orders in PP. I wish there was a way to automatically fullfill an order in PP if no tracking number is entered.

Esta muy bien, no me ah dado ningun problema, construyes confianza con los clientes y me ayuda a reducir el peso a mi equipo de atencion al cliente a dudas frecuentes tipo "donde esta mi pedido" ahora simplemente los podemos redirigir a la pagina de seguimiento.

Pros

Las funcionalidades y el soporte al cliente 10/10, el hecho de poder instalar la app en mi tienda y poderla usar a los 10 minutos es increible!

Cons

Por decir algo, simplemente fue algo confuso que dijeran "uso de cuotas" para su sistemade planes, sin explicación puede confundir a los usuarios, pero ya me respondieron mis dudas.

so far so good. i had a problem and customer service people helped me on chat. took me few seconds to fix the proble.

Pros

it's easy to put it on your website. you don't have to be a website coder or anything. anycan just download the plug in and let it do the job for you.

Cons

i just couldn't have an external link for tracking. customer needs to go to their order to track their shipment. external link i have goes to tracking page without tracking information of the logged in customer
