The customer support is also great. Was just on the live chat - their response was immediate and Jessca helped resolve the issue quickly. Pros I compared Parcel panel to the main alternative AfterShip, and found ParcelPanel much easer to set up. The features are nice and they offer a pretty generous free tier. Cons I get a lot of orders where the supplier doesn't provide a tracking number. I can Fullfill these orders in Shopify, but I have to manually update each of the orders in PP. I wish there was a way to automatically fullfill an order in PP if no tracking number is entered.
