My overall experience with ParcelWILL has been excellent. The support team is outstanding, the app is easy to use and well automated, and the pricing is reasonable for the value provided.

Pros

The support is genuinely amazing and very responsive. They guided me through every step, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. My experience has been very positive overall, and I didn’t face any real issues or drawbacks while using ParcelWILL.

Pros

The customer support was really good and they helped me with everything i needed especially cecilia.

Cons

The limited free quota wasn't enough to fulfill my needs but the support helped me expand it with ease

customer service. was great and really helpful. app is doing a great job to help merchants achieve their goals.

Cons

price is something I don't like but the service is quite good and the app straightforward. I like it.

Pros

I like that it hides the courier which makes it easy for dropshippers. They have amazing customer support.

Cons

I don't think I encountered any cons. Everything was easy to set up and assistance was available with no wait times.

so far so good. i had a problem and customer service people helped me on chat. took me few seconds to fix the proble.

Pros

it's easy to put it on your website. you don't have to be a website coder or anything. anycan just download the plug in and let it do the job for you.

Cons

i just couldn't have an external link for tracking. customer needs to go to their order to track their shipment. external link i have goes to tracking page without tracking information of the logged in customer

My overall experience with Parcel Panel has been great. The app is easy to use, the tracking page looks professional, and the support team genuinely cares about helping customers. They reply quickly, provide clear instructions, and make the setup process simple. I’d definitely rate my experience as a solid 10/10.

Pros

Parcel Panel has been extremely helpful and reliable for my store. The feature I liked the most was how quickly they respond and assist with any issue. Their support team is fast, friendly, and very clear with their guidance, which makes the whole setup and customization process smooth and stress-free.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t anything major that I dislike about Parcel Panel. Everything works as expected and once you understand where each setting is located, the app functions smoothly. Any small confusion I had was resolved quickly by their support team, so there’s nothing negative I can point out.

Esta muy bien, no me ah dado ningun problema, construyes confianza con los clientes y me ayuda a reducir el peso a mi equipo de atencion al cliente a dudas frecuentes tipo "donde esta mi pedido" ahora simplemente los podemos redirigir a la pagina de seguimiento.

Pros

Las funcionalidades y el soporte al cliente 10/10, el hecho de poder instalar la app en mi tienda y poderla usar a los 10 minutos es increible!

Cons

Por decir algo, simplemente fue algo confuso que dijeran "uso de cuotas" para su sistemade planes, sin explicación puede confundir a los usuarios, pero ya me respondieron mis dudas.
