The Bravura team has been great and always willing to accommodate our requirements changing at last minute, at times. We like that the system can also accommodate our complicated business rules that other systems couldn't. We had issues with Speaker and also having some issues with exhibitor system but we're working to connect the gap for the latter.

Pros

The registration system allows us to work our complicated business rules. We also like Connect App, it does the work for us and the Bravura team is also very pleasant to work with.

Cons

The speaker system did not work out for us because our process is a bit different than how others may manage speakers in other organizations, so it didn't work for our business case

Great! We've been a customer of Bravura for about 10 years now. They get us and can work with our multitude of events and event managers. I would highly recommend their services.

Pros

Their appointment system is the best in the business for our needs. We have 20+ events annually that require one-on-one appointments between buyers and suppliers. We like the functionality, reporting and ease of use for both the attendee side and the admin side.

Cons

I'm not fond of the way the legacy system works on mobile devices. It's great for computers, but is not very functional when using it on a mobile device. I know they are working on this however.
