Pros The workflow of receiving the Training Record directly into the Diligent Profile Record. Cons We would like for the Training Videos to be made available via a link that Partner Principals can be provided with in order to share with their teams.The ability to send Bulk Training as well to a large number of Partners would also be appreciated. The training is short and has been well received. It is just a shame that the video content itself cannot be customised. Pros I found the product very easy to use and it easily integrated with our Learner Management System. The training could be modified to our company's colour scheme and include our logo which was really appreciated as well as amending the questions. Cons My main issue was that we could not customise the content of the video to communicate the compliance messages that most affect our organisation which would be really helpful. Reason for choosing Diligent Compliance & Ethics Training I was not part of the organisation when Diligent was chosen but I would envisage it was due to the amount of training material on offer and the fact we used Diligent for carrying out our due diligence. As a government agency, challenges often arise in the attempt to procure materials that are specifically tailored or can be altered to meet our audience's needs. I also enjoy that Diligent creates updated versions of the animated videos. The customer service was also awesome. The company also went above and beyond to ensure that we had access to the tools and resources that we required. Cons I would like more code modules catering to specific government issues. The new support feature available on the site is much more responsive. We like the variety of content mediums and the ease of downloading. Pros I like that the library has things other than training videos, like newsletters and comics, so that we can provide training materials in various ways. Cons Previously, it has been difficult to have customizations such as our branding added. Our assigned representative would not answer emails or phone calls. The new support feature on the site has been a big difference and we were contacted promptly using that.
