Excellent tool for public tendering, helps our presales team in working with various public tender websites.

Pros

Takes out a lot of pain from working with public tender websites as we do at Tremend in projects with European Comission. We've been building some scrapers of our own a few years ago, stopped there, but Hermix is another level.

Cons

I see their UI progressing, I think they can improve it even further

Pros

Hermix makes it incredibly easy to navigate public sector insights, identify opportunities quickly, and make data-driven decisions. Plus, the intuitive interface and responsive support team make the experience even better!

Cons

Hermix is a powerful tool but there is a learning curve when first getting familiar with all its features. Some advanced functionalities could be more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, the platform is incredibly valuable.

The onboarding is smooth, the UX is intuitive. You learn fast what you can do with the platform what is where and how to use it. All is straight forward. It does what it is supposed to do!

Pros

It helps find opportunities from the public sector that would otherwise be missed. What I like best is that it shows you what companies are generally winning that particular deal and the values at which those competitors are closing deals.

Cons

I feel the need to also have the auction documents analyzed and summarized by the platform. Also, I feel the need to better analyze the potential match between our ideal auction type and the newly listed auctions. Many auctions fit the selection criteria we made in Hermix but are not a great fit for us.

Overall a very vaulable tool that is frequently updated and adjusted to users needs. I highly recomend it.

Pros

Plurarity of information. Ability to have Rfp and QA documents collected for me from the EC Funding Portal. Ability to provide short summary of an opportunity.

Cons

Sometime provision of schematics of various information is a bit overwhelming. I would like to have a more clear list of the incumbents of each opportunity, i.e. to have to look even less than is now needed.

Nice business tool. There is space to improve and upgrade as is still new on the market but the starting base is solid and smart.

Pros

Nice features for Sales, Bid, PreSales with strong analytics and powerfull filters. Easy find of information and user-friendly interfaces. Nice tool as strategy implementation support.

Cons

There is a little bit of space for design improvement. Data browsing could be improved.

I use Hermix quite unorthodoxly to update and reorient the field of education toward efficiency and sustainability by adopting a corporate approach to managing and analysing educational systems. Utilise the Hermix Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as the core strategic tool and employ data mining software to gain deeper insights into the various ‘customers’ where customers must be redefined as education stakeholders, including students, teachers, and technical and financial experts. At the same time, ‘products’ are the outcomes and expectations of the processes. Develop more effective marketing strategies based on this redefined understanding of educational management. Additionally, apply competitive intelligence to analyse the educational environment, enabling a better understanding of current and future trends and their implications for the overall teaching and learning processes.

Cons

Like every new software the customers needs time to obtain the maximum out of his interaction. For the moment I am in the first stages of imagining a strategy for its use. I cannot give any information about the problems I eventually found.

Cons

Nothing per se, just some further evolution of the product which ai am sure will come along. Localization for example.

Pros

This is a product made with the mind of a salesperson that spent many years selling to the government. It allows you to find leads, compare the competition, and see the history of both main competitors and the contracting authority.

very easy learning curve, everything is where it's supposed to be

Pros

Saves hours of work of opportunity research and analysis. Monitoring of competition is much easier. Enormous advantage of having a dedicated team behind the product at a cost that is a fraction of an in-house solution.

Cons

No cons to speak about. Maybe with time other features will be needed, but the team behind Hermit showed great availability for future developments - so there are no concerns in that matter

really good, I believe it is a useful product for companies competing for a public secotr market, size of the company that makes sense is probably between 50-100 people.. appreciated personal touch with the \[sensitive content hidden\]

I like the comprehensive database around the whole EU, although most of the state offers are in local language thus the biggest value I see in the EU agencies intel

Cons

pricing is a bit agressive for a small startup, we have agreed with \[sensitive content hidden\] that in order to invest time to offers for EU you need to have a dedicated person able to attend for a month or two to that offer... and then you can convert the price you pay for Hermix into a good insights on your offer
