Everyone’s been nice, but we’re not getting any traction from the app.

Pros

Trial before commitment but was too short

Cons

It really hasn’t done anything for us in the first five months and we really haven’t given it enough time personally. If I had another six month trial. I think we would keep it but if we have to decide now we’re dropping it.

Pros

I like the recurring revenue of the memberships.

Cons

I just wish more of our clients/members bought more on the marketplace. We have over 700 members sign up in under 2 months. But only 15 have made purchases/memberships on the app. I don't blame RepeatMD for that. I blame a poor economy and people just not having more disposable income right now.

RepeatMD is the best platform to increase patient engagement. Through mobile rewards app, patients can earn incentives whenever they get services. This tool is effective to get repeat business.

Cons

Everything runs so smoothly on RepeatMD, I have not faced any issue so far.

Not one thing. It has been an nightmare

Cons

They use high pressure sales tactics and when I brought up my red flags )difficult to manage an existing membership program), the terrible “app” that is really just a website that even my staff could not navigate on their IPhones, the tactic to give $25 off to sign up cost me thousands of dollars with zero return. Multiple med spa owners that I know have had similar experiences and they “lock” you into a 4 year contract.
