Pros

Love the app concept. The platform is very attractive and eyecatching.

It's been okay. At the macro level, they give a lot of support such as masterclasses and a great CSS. On the day to day, you a kinda left on your own particularly if a client has trouble with the app. The app is really best for iPhone which leaves Android customers a bit in the dark.

Pros

Online Marketplace, Rewards, and Loyalty program is vital to give a med spa an edge against the competition.

Cons

Customer support for the app is poor. There is no phone number to call when clients have trouble saving app to Home Screen which is one of the most important features. The CSS is great in designing memberships. The app does not present context sensitive pricing so you have to very careful with the pricing of the packages or one of the seasonal specials might result in you losing money on a package due to double dibbing on discounts

Reason for choosing RepeatMD

More robust rewards, loyalty, and membership features. Better financing options for client. Credit card dunning.

We are wanting to increase our monthly recurring revenue and their program has certainly helped us.

Pros

We are liking the membership program which allows us to keep in close contact with our current patients and give them special treatment, offers and rewards.

Cons

The current platform does not have all the features needed to seamlessly handle changes to the membership program. We have been told that the upgrade coming will address this. Customer service has been a little spotty at times, though they have made some staffing changes recently and it seems a little better now.

I would not recommend using RepeatMD for your business. Implementing their services has not yielded any improvement to our business’s bottom line. The startup costs were high, and the support is lacking – many calls were unanswered and support staff hard to get a hold of. We requested cancellation of the contract but could not get out of it. When voicing our concerns to the \[sensitive content hidden\] via email, he suggested we meet with the \[sensitive content hidden\]. We met him and although he appeared empathetic to our concerns/complaints, he did not follow up with any of the actions he said he would take post the meeting. When we followed up multiple times via email asking about the agreed to actions we were ghosted. This was very upsetting and extremely unprofessional for a business \[sensitive content hidden\] and his staff.

We don't offer many services, so it doesn't pay off for us, however, for anyone big with memberships and packages, this would be great for your business.

Pros

Membership management, option to purchase packages. Great tool for a Medspa with a lot of services.

Cons

Very pricey. It's not paying off for us. However, for Medspa's that offer a lot of services, this would be ideal.

RepeatMD took the time to really get what our customer's needed. They customized the whole app to fit our need just right. They're the best!!!

Pros

We were lucky to work with an amazing customer success team. They made sure our platform worked just the way we wanted. The RepeatMD team gave us great advice and always supported us to get our platform just right.

Cons

No problems at all! Setting up was easy and way faster than I expected. We introduced it at an event, and the app was a big hit.

Talking and offering services to places and not to all. Advertising about things (beauty bank) but not having functionality and not knowing when that will occur, who will be in beta phase and when it will roll out. The back end is not built out but selling thr front end.

It’s been so so. As stated above, my least favorite app. Clients get so confused and the marketplace cannot be edited by the company admin, only RepeatMD

Pros

The rewards my customers receive. That’s about it.

Cons

It’s extremely expensive for a program that locks you in for 3-4 years. I would opt out tomorrow if I could. It’s only a glorified texting service that takes an entire army to cancel a customer membership and to make edits/upgrades to company profile.

Like I stated above, this is the worst SCAM you could join and I would not reccomend ever.

Cons

I do not say this lightly, however this program is a SCAM! Do not use them whatsoever. When we found out we did not need this application, the hoops we had to jump through to try and cancel to find out we had to pay 50% of the remainder and then on top of that trying to cancel for 2 months without contact from them. They are happy to take your money, your clients money and RUN. I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. It has been an absolute nightmare for me, my practice and my clients.

It looks really nice. Everything is presented so neatly.

Cons

It was always challenging to find things like memberships, etc. Clients experienced difficulty using it and could not easily access their own memberships. It caused a bottle neck at the front desk that we simply could not afford.

I have had buyer's remorse almost since the first design meeting. I am spending FAR MORE on this app than I have gotten back from client's purchasing packages or memberships. I feel the contract term is way too long and I am trying to now figure out what I can do to make some money just to pay the monthly fee for RepeatMD. So it has become a chore instead of it enhancing my business.

Pros

It seems like a great idea and might be depending on the demographics of the clients you have but mine have not grabbed onto the idea yet and are reluctant to.

Cons

It takes a bit to get changes made (even up to 2-3 weeks). I like the extra marketing offers that come across but then the graphics get sent to us the day before which doesnt allow much time for us to advertise outside the app.
