What i like about RepeatMD is that, it's giving me the hassle-free virtual environment. It is my first time to use this but it's not giving me any hardship and it exceed my expectation. As a person who uses online platform on making out appointments and schedules easier the way it is this RepeatMD helps a lot. Nothing more, nothing less. This platform is very commendable

### "Zero Stars for RepeatMD"

Terrible when it comes to client and customer service. I spent $7,200 in subscription fees last year and got little in return that I couldn't have done myself.

Very Little to Like Here - After a year plus with RepeatMD I have found there is very little that they do that I couldn't do my self

Cons

Their customer service is terrible. There is no way to talk with a human and they use a chat system that ends up with zero solutions. This past month they sent one of our employees a 1099K indicating that they had paid the employee loyalty revenues that we really paid to our firm. Instead of fixing the 1099K to reflect payment of the revenue to our firm they put my staff in an endless chat loop that led to no solutions in a after a string of 4 or 5 chats with multiple individuals at RepeatMD. At the end of the day I am not sure there are even any people working at RepeatMD - it seems to be a fairly dumb chatbot rather than a client service portal to help my firm and my clients. I would never sign up with RepeatMD again and I plan to cancel our membership.

Changed my mind after I signed up and despite not using the platform or service at all, was still held to the $700 a month fee for a 90 day required cancellation notice.

We purchased the software at a seminar and met with their top people. No one ever talked about the additional percentage that they charge on every single transaction. They try and tell you it is a rewards app but the truth is all they try and do is get you to constantly have a huge sales 20 to 25% off on top of all of the credit card fees they charge you. You would have to have huge margins in order to make this really work. Most of us in this industry don't have those kind of margins anymore. If they were very upfront about all of their costs and they weren't trying to just sell you I wouldn't be so upset with these people, but they do not do that. Don't believe their positive reviews, find out who has actually been using the system that doesn't work for them as an influencer, and see what they say. I would never ever refer them to anyone.

Pros

The idea of repeat MD is great. The problem is the industry doesn't really have a good shopping tool that is also a rewards program. They do make on- boarding easy.

Cons

. These people mislead you in crushed every possible way. They have these huge seminars where they never talk about how much they charge you and how much you actually have to sell in order to make any money. They distort the facts pretty tremendously and make sure that until you're hooked in you don't really know what it's costing you. They also make you sign a very long contract and I cannot tell you how many people are trying to get out of that contract once they realize what a bad deal it is. It doesn't matter if you sell $100,000 and it costs you $120,000.

Having an app. I thought having memberships and rewards would be beneficial for our business. How wrong I was.

Horrible customer service, tech support, continuous malfunctions of app and fees of both the financing and of membership programs of which we were never advised before purchasing. One latest example of MANY- a customer calls asking why they were texted noticed of a birthday reward, but when they clicked on link/ looked in app, there was nothing. I sent support and our assigned contact a copy of everything and it was “ being looked into” . That was 5 weeks and 2 emails later. And still nothing. This is only one example of COUNTLESS issues. So we are wasting our time and losing $$$ because of the incompetence of RepeatMD . DO NOT waste money on this inferior product. Again —We are LOSING money on their app and membership and financing. I bought their sales pitch snow job hook, line and sinker and now feel like a complete fool .

Not good ! It appears that the entire company communicates with emails only and all employees or most of them at least work from home so information is slow. All The different departments seam to not be connected or share information or be on the same page. Prices were entered and advertised wrong so we had to honor that and lost money ! Not very well managed !

Rewards program but most of the time we did not get a code to post in the patents account

Cons

Reports are too late and do not contain enough information. Very hard to track payments for memberships and RMD only sends emails to parents for credit card payment updates. No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

I can say Repeat MD is driven by a very qualified team of individuals that have our best interest in mind. During the implementation portion they took the tie to listen to the needs of our specific practice and tailed the app for our patients. The thing I like best is that this is not some cookie cutter platform, it is designed specifically for our office.

We had a great customer success team who helped get our platform up and running with exactly what we wanted to offer. Once we provide the information our team took it from there. They give great guidance and are always there for support. They are able to see what is successful in other practices and help us mirror that by offering customer driven specials and services to allow us to have the greatest success.

Cons

Nothing! We had a successful implementation and launch and the team at RepeatMD is consistently checking in to make sure our program is successful.

Company leads it's customers by dangling a carrot that never arrives....been waiting for half a year "on the list" to be given new actual app rather than a homescreen weblink. 6 months later still no delivery. Setting up a web app on a phone is cumbersome and 95% of people have no idea how to do it, so we have to do it for them. every week phone number verification is requested AGAIN for each app user in order to be able to log in to account, even though it's on their locked phone.

I'm still hopeful this investment will pay off. In it's current format, I feel it's limited with what I can do with it. The lack of control and heavy leaning on RepeatMD staff seems like it would be a detriment to their own sustainability. Give me the control, and the tools I need and I'll take it from there. I'm am putting a lot of hope into 2.0, and if it doesn't deliver what I need I'm not sure we can continue on once our contract expires.

1\. Ease of build and deployment. 2. Staff is great, quick, and easy to work with3. The concept is spot on. We just need to make it work now.

1\. Control over the app leaves much to be desired. So many things I want to do require reaching out to get it accomplished. I NEED MORE CONTROL. Hopefully 2.0 will do this.2. Need gift cards, and better marketplace (non package) to maximize resale. And then need control over it. Again, hopefully 2.03. Integration with our EMR. Every package we sell, must be duplicated/invoiced in our EMR. Not sure of a way around this, and not sure if other things like this probably require the same thing.4. Transparency and Support of the technical infrastructure. They've been improving on this.5. The occasional masterclass is great. But would really like to see some more consistent INTERACTIVE training/best practices, etc.

Took several disorganized months/attempts to launch the app, then when it finally worked it was in USD not CAD as they indicated it would be (my practice is in Canada). \[sensitive content hidden\] admitted they had not met terms of signed Agreement. I agreed to wait a few months to see if it changed and was told the \[sensitive content hidden\] would have to ask the \[sensitive content hidden\] for a refund if I cancelled. Cancelled 3 months later as there were no changes and emailed the \[sensitive content hidden\] to proceed with refund request of initial fee and subscription payments made. No response to the first email and 2nd email bounced back so he must have blocked me. The other staff member I cc'd did not respond either.
