### "No-brainer software for any service or construction company looking to grow"

September 25, 2023

5.0

Pros

The product has too many features to name that are important. I think it’s easy to overlook how simple they enable a sales rep to slice their territory down to a manageable level, connect said person to the decision makers, and increase efficiency through to the day.

Cons

There could be more integrations into SFDC or outlook that could enhance the overall workflow. It would be nice to use Atlas in a module within SFDC or connect tasks and worklows with my outlook account.

### "Convex/Atlas Review from GHC/Jensen's Team \[Climatics\]–Opportunities & Recommendations (As of 3-weeks in)"

November 13, 2024

4.0

Overall the experience has been great, inside the portal and customer service. I like to see that the features are being continuously updated, so would hope that continues to improve the user experience, visibility, and help sales people execute. We have found that the app is best for Call Lists and calling (not for finding a ton of properties and searching, takes too long). The computer is better for searching around and adding contacts. I would recommend setting up the app so people can 1) Complete reminders/tasks (board) items quickly with phone calling and generate action/follow-up, not for advancing opportunity stages, generating campaigns, etc. It's also best for calling the Target list and running through that quickly (Your a salesperson and you have 1 hour to make a ton of calls, you are going to go to your target list and start calling quickly, not pull up the computer). If opportunity stage advancement is automated, it will make the updating easier so nothing is missed and things are updated in real-time, avoiding information integrity issues. Stephen has been phenomenal in the onboarding process.

Pros

I like that it combines finding the buildings and finding the contacts with contact information. It's like ZoomInfo + Google Maps. It's great how the phone and app usage is now logging calls and emails as well, showing the team leaderboard. There is also minor "Gamification" built into the app, as it'll show "you're #1 on your team today". Funnel stage features are nice being able to push to the CRM as well. The entire platform seems very simple, and not over complicated (which is a good thing). Signals seems to be a great feature and would love to see that take the next level. Great. On the account view, I do like that the "Company Profile" is carried across all people in the organization so everyone can maintain consistency in email AI and automation. From a benefit, the CSV upload of existing lists/customers was great and easy to do, #Thanks Stephen, and our team all signed up individually for 1:1's so #thanksStephen again. The board tasks are nice, but I feel they need some help to integrate so people use them much more easily.

Cons

Sorry in advance for being out of order and unorganized.... I feel like (areas of Improvement) might consider surrounding: Opportunity Stage Advancement Automation (we need to eliminate any data integrity issues and figure out to automate basic stages and not leave that up to someone to manually update or remember to. It's easy to do but NEEDS to be done). Also, the map view is slow to load sometimes and zooming in-out can be difficult to sort through, the campaigns can be overburdensome, Convex might consider 2 different dashboard views for the "manager" and the "user", that have different reporting and abilities to see overall performance AND the campaigns of all their reports. Also, on the dashboard, it shows "My Team's Work" for the Opportunity Pipeline stages, where for an individual, it should only show up as their personal "opportunities". In the opportunity stages, I would like to see more automation built into the stage transition as it is already a pretty manual process of assigning reps, campaigns, and advancing stages. Once a Contact is saved, I would also like to be able to see that company name get pulled to the property so we don't just see the address. It can be confusing on the Reporting/Targets side only seeing an address and a contact. On the Targets, People, and Board Lists, I feel like we should be able to add more fields/columns that can be applicable from the information (almost like a customized report). •Campaign Icons on the Map too small/hard to see–They are hard to see on this type of Map View. Make them Larger and Stand Out (they blend in a lot on the map unless you really zoom in to see the "box" surrounding the property) •Customized Icon Styles (editable to pick with the Campaign) •On-Boarding Process–Might consider creating "starter" campaigns for each salesperson and assigning them to them to practice finding contacts, and they can add them to their campaign. Right out of the box it's easier to create 1 "Master" Campaign of 50 contacts, and challenge them to start adding to it, VS creating multiple campaigns that have 500 total targets. Start small first. •Targets–It's a great tool on the computer, but not on the app. I'd like to see a tab on the App for targets so people can use that as a call list on their phone. (HINT: The "People" Tab view is better to make calls than the Target View. The target view needs the contact info, company, title, address, campaign, stage, status, due date, and make the filters available to sort by City/campaign, etc). I can elaborate more too Boards–Great tool, but can be easier on the phone. They are basically "Follow-Up Tasks" or "Reminders", so when people pull up their "Task List"/Board, they want to know who they are calling, their phone number, the last notes/message, the company name. During your start-up meeting, the Administrator should set-up Board Task categories in the initial set-up and on-boarding with the Company profile. For example, an opportunity stage is updated once the action or milestone takes place (automatically advanced). Stage 1: Target Identified ("A Target is Assigned to Sales Rep") Stage 2: Contact Identified ("Contact Saved to Property" Stage 3: Contact Attempted (A "Email or Phone Call") Stage 4: Contact Engaged ("Email is responded to or Board Task is logged") Stage 5: Qualified ("The Lead is pushed to the CRM") etc..... Features to build out in future: • Marketing Email Campaigns, can we sent out email campaigns to different campaigns, to all people on that campaign. • Reporting Simplicity and Layout (See performance of pipeline stages by week/month (like you have), and filter by by Individual (in a simple view) • Engagement/Activity Report by Sales rep (Add in by Week/Month) • Right now we cannot see week-by-week how many phone calls, emails, new contacts added, properties viewed, etc. by week, it is only in a single field and filter the timeframe. • Territories by Sales Rep (Draw out territories by sales rep, or put in geographic boundaries in advance) • INCREASE THE GAMIFICATION COMPONENT: On the sales rep home dashboard, the Gamification should be front and center to show if you are #1 or #2 for # of Contacts Called (Phone Calls), Targets Identified, New Contacts, Properties Viewed, Contacts Emailed, and Opportunities Qualified. That will increase performance and accountability. • Board Tasks on the home page: It should show on your home page How many "tasks are due today", "How many are overdue", to drive follow-up. It could be a simple quick link to the Board Tab. • Separate Dashboards for Sales Rep (Overview of individual performance and leaderboard of team engagement/activity) & Admin (overview of team and individual performance/activity) • On the Sales Rep and Admin Dashboard, show a simple scorecard that people to show comparison of the activity KPIs (Only a few: # New Targets, # Contacts Attempted, Total Phone Calls, Total Emails) that show for example: # this month v. # last month (INCREASED 7%).

Contact Information was associated with properties on the map, and we could access other information/filter such as building demographic size, and permitting. The Activity and Engagement Tracking was needed to do everything in one system, and help a sales rep be more productive.

### "Need Commercial Contacts with specificity? Convex does that, and fantastically! "

October 21, 2024

5.0

Convex is a best in class prospect data finder. The unique twist they put on getting the exact type of data you need is super impressive. While there may be a few things that need work, you can't imagine those things not being addressed quickly as it seems everything in this product is latest and greatest aside from exporting contacts. The customer support is over the top, \[sensitive content hidden\] was there with everything we needed during a catastrophic hurricane, we got every single spreadsheet we needed with very specific contact information, allowing us to respond super quickly.

Pros

The drilling down via filters allows extraction of data and more specifically contacts at a very granular level. Convex updates it's contact data frequently and while it is not 100%, it seems to have the highest accuracy that I have experienced. I have also used Apollo and ZoomInfo. You have emails, social links, and phone numbers at your fingertips for your prospect. The AI integration with email is top notch, scraping your contact's organization for relatable information, and crafting your outreach email with a sense of knowledge about your prospect. Least but not last whatsoever is the support. The personalized support is fantastic. The CSM will stay involved as much as you need and makes certain you have everything to run Convex optimally.

Cons

My one and only con is the export process related specifically to contacts. You literally need to select 40 (tops out on that page), go to the next page, select 40, and on and on. Well, you can imagine how many times you have to do that for an area that's undergone a disaster, and you have to get the info to your team on the ground. A large task if you have to create multiple exports. This lack of functionality does not match whatsoever with the rest of the best-in-class functionality of the product. Not sure how that is not a priority in their minds.

The data created was more relevant as it is based around Commercial organizations only. The given filters are relevant to carving out the exact prospective data we need.

### "Atlas 1st time user"

December 10, 2024

Once you get a handle on the basics of how to use the software, it is very informative. It's going to take some time to formulate my own "template" for my individual prospecting plan; however this is a great tool for "mining". It's been a very satisfying experience thus far!

Pros

The amount of information that is accessible for prospecting in "real" time. At the same time, the connectivity of the set campaigns populating in Salesforce is very convenient.

Cons

Haven't had enough experience with the software yet to answer this.

### "A great help"

June 17, 2024

Overall, I enjoy using Atlas. It helps me get my work done and has a clear and helpful interface.

Pros

I use Atlas to help track leads and find contacts, and it is super great. It has awesome and descriptive contacts and is easy to use, save, and keep track of all of them.

Cons

I do not like that sometimes the contacts and properties are not up to date which disrupts research. I find myself having to crosscheck with other software regularly to confirm the information I find on Atlas.

Great, the support team has always been responsive and happy to help! When I have found missing information or wanted to extend my map to include some of the outlying areas they are quick to make it happen.

Pros

I like that I can very quickly get basic information on the buildings I am prospecting. The map feature is great for when I am door knocking in my territory, I can quickly find the buildings I have targeted.

Cons

Because I am in a more rural territory the information is sometimes not in there. IE: I run into buildings that are not in Atlas

Overall it has been a great experience. It has saved me a ton of time cold calling, not to mention the savings on gas. I highly recommend this program to anyone in sales, trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised and never disappointed.

Pros

User friendly, has a wealth of information that has been 90-95% accurate. It is awseome for lead generation, follow ups, facility information.

Cons

I can't really say it's a con, but sometimes you search for an address and it's not there. It really isn't a problem cause I can always populate the information fields.

### "Is Atlas a Game Changer? Yes"

September 30, 2023

4.0

In conclusion, Atlas by Convex is a game changer. It offers unparalleled functionality and ease of use, saving valuable time and providing valuable insights for business success. While there are minor improvements that could be made, the overall impact of this platform is highly positive and I would highly recommend it to others.

Pros

Atlas is a highly functional and efficient platform with easy accessibility. The key contact identifier, push to CRM link, and search filters are extremely useful features that save a lot of time and make a big impact in business operations.

Cons

One minor downside of Atlas is that there are occasional delays in building information populating, but this is a rare occurrence and does not significantly impact overall performance. Additionally, while the imaging provided is generally helpful, there may be room for improvement in terms of visual clarity for building footprints.

Reason for choosing Convex

Atlas is committed to consistently accepting feedback from users and is highly passionate about continuous development and improvements. Their overall customer support is outstanding. We have seen these continuous improvements, and each change has only helped solidify the partnership!

Pros
