Overall, the experience has been very positive. Whenever issues appear, the support team reacts quickly and works on them in a transparent and professional way. That creates a strong sense of trust in the platform. The uptime is reliable and stable, which is critical for daily operations. As a company, we are genuinely satisfied with both the platform and the level of service. It feels like a long-term partnership rather than just using a software product.

Pros

What I like most is the backend, especially the product management and PIM. It gives you a lot of freedom in how you edit products and how you filter and work with larger catalogs. Once you start using it, you really feel how powerful this part of the platform is. Managing categories and the overall structure is very straightforward and makes sense logically. It does not feel complicated or overengineered. Everything is where you expect it to be. The speed is another big plus. Both the admin area and the storefront are extremely fast, and the performance feels solid and reliable, on the level you would normally expect from much larger enterprise systems.

Cons

The CMS could be improved in some areas. There are no prebuilt elements or content blocks, so creating subpages takes more time than it should. It is fully capable and flexible, but it is not as intuitive to use as other parts of the platform. Adding more ready-made components would make content creation faster and more efficient.

There is a learning curve at the beginning, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. But once you start understanding how things work, you quickly see how much is actually possible. Each update opens new functionality and expands what you can build, which makes the platform feel like it is constantly evolving. In the long run, this creates a very strong customer experience. You can see continuous improvements across all areas, from uptime and stability to feature development in the storefront, CMS, and PIM. The long-term direction feels solid, well structured, and very promising.

Pros

The platform delivers strong value for money, especially considering the level of control it gives you once you go beyond the basics. The support is reliable, fast, and genuinely helpful, which makes working with it feel safe and professional. After a short onboarding period, it becomes very intuitive and easy to understand. Even complex features are presented in a clear and structured way. At first, the visual builder may seem limited because it is based on predefined building blocks, but this quickly becomes irrelevant. With full access to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you can build completely custom solutions and go far beyond standard layouts. In many areas, it actually offers more control than expected, especially where most platforms usually feel restrictive. It feels like an iceberg. On the surface, it looks simple and compact. Once you start digging deeper, you realize how powerful and flexible the platform really is, with far more features and possibilities than initially visible.

Cons

At the beginning, there were a few uptime issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Since then, stability has improved a lot and is now close to enterprise standards. A few small social features are also missing, such as comments on items. They are not essential for core functionality, but they would be a nice addition for more community-oriented use cases.

What we like most about Shopamine is how responsive and easy to work with it is. The platform is simple to use and quick to understand, even for users without technical knowledge. The PIM stands out because it is very intuitive and well organized, making product management clear and efficient. We were looking for a platform that could handle a big catalogue of products with multiple suppliers, and Shopamine did that perfectly for us. We really liked the swift and personal support of the staff, who are based within the EU.

Pros

We operate a large catalogue of products with multiple possible suppliers per product. What really attracted us to the platform was the built-in ability to set multiple suppliers per product and the built-in logic for choosing the right supplier when the purchase is made or the product is shown. What helped us a lot as well is the ability to set product specifications template for each category containing similar products. This way we can easily format different specifications into a unified format. There's even an AI function that does the job for you, which saves us a lot of time and effort. Also, the built-in designer, when compared to another platform, is easiest for our non-technical team to use.

Cons

We had a couple issues with API uploading, but that was resolved swiftly by their team. It was regarding our specific use case, so I suppose that was the reason behind it.

Pros

It's simply to use, edit and create new products, manage orders, view product inventory. One of the feature is possibility of using b2b and b2c portal in one. The user can set a custom design based on their own wishes and needs. The app is improving all the time.

Cons

Entering the discount code is the last step in the order process.

Website developers are available to provide direct support upon request. Our experience with them was excellent when we sought custom features and upgrades beyond the standard offerings. The team was highly responsive and attentive, ensuring our needs were fully understood and addressed. We integrated the store with the ERP system as well, and this reduced our workload and optimised sales process.

Pros

I liked the ease of use for every day people. The pricing of the product is great as the features that are available in the plan give you really good return on investment. We used the CSV import tool a lot as it is a great option to import a lot of product information in a store.

Cons

The feature for building advanced product customization (product variants, options) is really good but in more complex products some customization is necessary that is harder to complete.

Overall Shopamine is excellent website software, you can use it for small or very complex and advanced webshops without any problems. It allows you a lot of adjustments and upgrades.

Our experience with Shopamine has been exceptionally smooth.

Pros

Our store front is really fast on Shopamine. We like the support. It is easy to use. Also the dashboard is really fast. The integration with our ERP is running seamlessly.

Cons

Just a few minor issues here and there, but they were mostly resolved quickly.
