ISSO Military Used the software for: 2+ years ### "XVoucher CISM renewal feedback (2024)" December 3, 2024 5.0 The XVoucher website is pretty clear on the purpose and the e-mails aligning the progress actions are easy to follow and timely so you know what you are dealing with combined with the assurance that the tasks will be done of quality. This is good to see a company embedding due care into something they advertise and the execution is pretty much perfect. Pros What I liked is that the renewal process is low-friction, you submit the required documentation, someone reviews it and then the payment is handled with minimal end-user interaction. In my situation it took about two weeks from the start of the process to the end and the payment was nearly-automatic and I did not have to spend work time cycles on tracking and asking questions much at all, very nice and I hope this will mostly remain intact for 2025! Cons Is there a change in the expiration date of the voucher? I informed the employees of the expiration date registered in the system, and they said that they were able to book the test even after the expiration date.
