Any questions that I had were answered directly and swiftly. The software is very easy to set up and use and does a great job with generating the reports that I need. Pros I like how Gracely is super easy to use, makes it easy to track giving and generate reports and has EXCELLENT customer support! Cons I do not have any dislikes towards the product. Socrates, our customer service representative, has been incredible and has walked with us every step of the way during the transition. Everything we expected to use—giving reports, database management, and day-to-day church admin tools—has worked exactly as needed. The platform does what it promises, and that’s huge. Pros As a small church, the price point was a huge win for us. Gracely has helped us significantly reduce our monthly costs while still giving us everything we need to operate effectively. The value for what you get is honestly hard to beat. Cons There really aren’t many downsides. The interface was a little different from what we were used to at first, but it wasn’t difficult to learn and we adjusted quickly. Pros So far, communication with our parishioners is the best part of Gracely. It is a cost effective way for us to get information out. It is easy to use and the folks at Gracely are very receptive to our requests for help and solve problem quickly. Cons We aren't using the Giving portion of the software yet as it doesn't meet our requirements but I have been assured that it will in the near future. So far, Gracely has responded to our every need. We have had a couple unique situations, but the Gracely team set up our program to get us all up and running. Pros We wanted an app mainly to send emails to our parishioners easily. Gracely lets us do that easily! We're also implementing the online donation portion to hopefully make it easy to receive donations from our parishioners and visitors as well. Cons Only problem is having to pay for sending texts, but we know that's like that with most all of the programs out there. They want to build a great product and care about all feedback they receive. I amazed at their customer support. Pros We were looking for a membership/Church management system that was clean, easy to use, and web based so all members could access it at their leisure. This fit all the criteria and at a very reasonable price! Also like how we can add custom fields to track information specific to us. The giving statements look great. Cons The sign on process for Church members is cumbersome. They need to have a code sent to their email on file and then use that code each time. I know this is probably the most secure way to do it, but it is an extra step that may dissuade members from taking that extra step and updating their info. Also, wish we could upload giving information with an Excel spreadsheet. It’s very easy to understand and when I had a question, they responded promptly. Cons I wish there was a place to record attendance. Churches need those numbers when applying for loans. This would help keep necessary information in one place. The team is genuinely concerned and will do its best to help. I am having a really good time setting up the platform for our church, as it is very easy to work with. Pros I particularly enjoyed how easy it is to import membership data into the software. Also, the platform layout is really simple and easy to use. Events have a variety of customization options that make for great event planning and scheduling. And I must not forget to mention that the Gracey team has done a great job with volunteer scheduling as a major part of the software. This makes things really simple for us as a church. One significant thing as well is the prompt support you get from the team. It is a wonderful customer experience with Gracely. Cons I loved everything about Gracey, and would love to see a few improvements Groups would work great if members could communicate with each other.
