It has made managing our church much more organized and efficient. As the website admin, I use it regularly to update ministries, create forms, manage events, and send announcements, and it has saved me a lot of time. Communication has improved a lot since we can send messages by email and SMS directly from the platform, which helps keep members informed and engaged. The member app is also a big benefit—members can update their own profiles, which reduces admin work and keeps information accurate. The support team has been excellent. They are very responsive, open to feedback, and quick to fix any issues or glitches. You can tell they are actively working to improve the system. We’ve been using Gracely for about a year now, and it has consistently helped streamline our workflow and keep everything in one place. Overall, we’re very happy with it and feel it’s a great value for the price. Pros Gracely is very easy to use and has made managing our church much more organized. I use it regularly to update ministries, create custom forms, and post events and announcements. Being able to send emails and SMS messages directly from the platform has really improved how we communicate with our members and keep everyone informed. The member app is a big plus—members can update their own profiles, which saves me a lot of time and keeps our information accurate. It also helps keep events and announcements clear and up to date. Customer support has been excellent. They are very responsive, listen to feedback, and fix issues quickly. You can tell they are actively improving the platform. For the price, it offers great value. It has replaced multiple tools we were using before and simplified our workflow. Cons There are occasional small glitches, but they are usually fixed quickly by the support team. Some features take a little time to fully learn, especially when you’re first getting started. We currently use Pushpay for giving, and it doesn’t integrate with Gracely yet, so we have to manage accounting and financial reports separately. It would be great to see that integration in the future. Reporting features are useful, but I would like to see more advanced or customizable reporting options, especially for tracking detailed data across ministries and communication. We're also implementing the online donation portion to hopefully make it easy to receive donations from our parishioners and visitors as well. They want to build a great product and care about all feedback they receive. I amazed at their customer support. Pros We were looking for a membership/Church management system that was clean, easy to use, and web based so all members could access it at their leisure. This fit all the criteria and at a very reasonable price! Also like how we can add custom fields to track information specific to us. The giving statements look great. Cons The sign on process for Church members is cumbersome. They need to have a code sent to their email on file and then use that code each time. I know this is probably the most secure way to do it, but it is an extra step that may dissuade members from taking that extra step and updating their info. Also, wish we could upload giving information with an Excel spreadsheet. The team is genuinely concerned and will do its best to help. I am having a really good time setting up the platform for our church, as it is very easy to work with. Pros I particularly enjoyed how easy it is to import membership data into the software. Also, the platform layout is really simple and easy to use. Events have a variety of customization options that make for great event planning and scheduling. And I must not forget to mention that the Gracey team has done a great job with volunteer scheduling as a major part of the software. This makes things really simple for us as a church. One significant thing as well is the prompt support you get from the team. It is a wonderful customer experience with Gracely.
