We have had a great experience with Highwire, their staff has been great to work with, and we are miles ahead of where we were before Highwire when it comes to reviewing subs, especially financial reviews.

Pros

The way Highwire is set up really lead to us prequalifying subs on a per project basis instead of annually. While daunting at first, it has given us a much better understand of why we are awarding subcontractors on each project and where they truly stand with their current aggregate limits.

Cons

A search feature on the Project level for subs would be very helpful, currently you have to scroll through the sub list to find the sub you are planning to approve for each project.

The Highwire team is really communicative about all aspects of their platform, along with their future plans for their program. We have had great feedback from our subcontractors throughout our experience with Highwire.

Pros

I enjoy their communication skills, transparency, and the ease of use of the platform. Their team of assessment specialists works very well along with our subcontractors.

Cons

I do believe that some aspects of the platform could use an update, such as a few details within the projects tab.

It's been great, very helpful staff and follow-up to our concerns.

Pros

Saves our employees time to review sub-contractors when looking to assign jobs that need pre-qualification

Cons

Sometimes when capturing other company information, I don't know some of the flags and it would be great if Highwire followed up with the sub-contractor's flags.
