It's such a great product! Pros The interface is very intuitive and we were able to collaborate on AI chats together with my team. Compared to other tools such as ChatGPT, collaboration really makes the difference when actual adoption of AI happens in the team. We liked the ability to work with images and other media inside the chats - it's great to use AI with different modalities. Cons It takes a few minutes to set up your AI API keys but that's just a simple step compared to the benefits for data privacy that you'll get. The guys from Team-GPT are very responsive and helpful with questions we have had (i.e. we recently needed to correct our invoicing details, which was not available in the UI, but the team assisted us in quickly resolving the issue). The feedback from team members has been great and we plan to continue using Team-GPT for empowering our organization with the latest AI developments. Pros Team-GPT is a simple and cost-effective way of introducing the latest AI capabilities to your organization. Its focus is on introducing people to these emerging technologies, as well as making collaboration and sharing institutional knowledge easy and effective. Cons Honestly, there are no major cons. One aspect that is important, but can be improved is making users more aware of the size and importance of LLM context, which is not vrey intuitive and visible to newcomers. I also like that it is saving you money as multiple people use the same account for Open AI (or Claude 3) for example. I also like the trainings and the preconfigured prompts. SUper useful Cons The only thing I am currently missing is integration with MS Teams or/and Slack. If that is in place the usage will go dramatically up. I love a piece of software that I was able to configure and use from the first day which has integrated all my chats from different accounts into one single platform and is now also able to connect to other AI providers as well as doing image generation.
