Accesso Passport was used as our ticketing system and had an API connection with Ingresso that worked well.

Pros

Accesso Passport is easy to use/train, offers great support for technical and other issues, works very well for attraction and event ticketing and also offers resources for enhancing marketing and sales.

Cons

To be honest, the only con I can think of is the difficulty with mobile access. We were not able to use any apps or mobile logins.
