Pros

La plataforma es visualmente bastante atractiva y fácil de entender por los usuarios. Muchas de las configuraciones básicas son también fáciles de entender y ejecutar.La posibilidad de ver resultados y avances en tiempo real facilitan el seguimiento y gestión de los procesos.

Cons

Se podría tener mayor flexibilidad para obtener resultados con diferentes cortes de datos. Si bien la base de datos tiene una estructura sencilla, si carga en el sistema puede tomar bastante tiempo y varios intentos ya que hay muchos detalles que pueden impedir su carga.

En general, ha sido muy buena, la plataforma me gusta, el equipo es muy amable, siempre tratan de innovar y mejorar de acuerdo a los comentarios que se les va dando. Aún tienen cosas por mejorar o implementar, pero van por un excelente camino, y la información que se obtiene como resultado ayuda a tomar decisiones a nivel de las empresas.

Pros

Me gusta cómo luce, que se pueda personalizar, es amigable tanto para el usuario como para el administrador. Además se pueden descargar diferentes reportes (administrador). Es fácil de usar para el usuario. Se ve moderna. Tiene una buena vista desde celular, se adecúa a la pantalla, se puede acceder desde cualquier dispositivo.

Cons

Que no tiene carga masiva de encuesta y de modelo de competencias, me gustaría que lo implementen para optimizar tiempo.

Es muy fácil de usar y el uso de sus herramientas son bastante intuitivas. Además, simplifica mucho los proceso de evaluación que se realizan de cara a todo el equipo !

Cons

El tiempo de respuesta de la plataforma. Ha habido momentos en los que la plataforma ha demorado en cargar cuando se realizan actualizaciones.

La plataforma motiva a los colaboradores a llevar los cursos y genera experiencias WOW a los nuevos usuarios, generando así más engagement con los cursos y con la compañía. Definitivamente, a través de Trexa puedes generar experiencias memorables en la gestión del aprendizaje.

Pros

Me gusta que sea fácil de usar, el diseño de la ciudad y el hecho de que puedes interactuar en un entorno inmersivo con tus personajes. Estos aspectos me motivan un montón y la plataforma es mobile, así que lo puedo usar desde mi cell y otros dispositivos cuando yo quiera.

Cons

La posibilidad de poder interactuar opiniones con otros usuarios que hayan llevado el curso.
