Bei einem eigenen Asset-Typ muss man immer alle vorgegebenen Felder mitnehmen und dann durch Customizing anpassen. - Es können keine Standarddrucker verwendet werden. Hier muss man um ordentliche Druckergebnisse von Label zu erhalten auf ein fürchterlich teures, Eigensystem der Enteksystems GmbH zurück greifen. - Die Filterbedienung ist extrem umständlich und muss immer wieder von neuem eingestellt werden. Durch die Zuordnung von Geräten zu Personen, das Ausleihen von Inventar und die Verwaltung von Lizenzen und Verträgen können die Anforderungen des mobilen Arbeitens hervorragend abgebildet werden. Pros es gibt eine sehr gute kontextbezogene Dokumentation im Web, die uns die Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration ohne Hilfestellung ermöglichte und bei jeder aufkommenden Frage im Betrieb die passende Lösung liefert. Cons das Handling von Geräten, die zwar gefunden, aber nicht per SNMP ausgelesen werden können, ist für uns nicht befriedigend.
