My webinar is tomorrow so I can't speak to the functionality of the system during live meetings, but I'll be sure to come back and detail that experience afterwards. Pros Customer support is very responsive! I had no issues getting the answers to all of my questions promptly! It was relatively easy to set up my meeting on the platform, and I like that there are automated email notifications with preset templates available to use. That makes sending reminders to your attendees super easy. Cons The best tier level is pricey. It's not very cost-friendly for small organizations who are hosting infrequent webinars. I also don't like that unless you purchase the highest tier, your attendees can't join your meeting without downloading the Zoho app first. It's not a huge inconvenience since it's a free app, but I think it would be nice to know that up front before setting up your meeting on the platform.
