Cynomi is SO easy to work with, everyone is super friendly and very helpful. And I think one of the most important things is that they are very responsive to feedback and changing/adding to the platform regularly. Pros We like that it's a clean interface and it's simple to use. We have had many mid-sized customers comment how much they like using it. March 23, 2023 4.0 We have been using it for 6 months and really like the value it provides without breaking the bank for our smaller customers. Pros Cynomi is a great product to manage risk and compliance for SME companies. It combines the ability to manage policies against many compliance standards and regulations. It allows us to assign priorities to the tasks needed to fulfill a policy requirement. The user interface is very clean and easy to understand. Cons There are a few features that are on the roadmap that I wish were available now. The other component that is as equal in value is the questionnaires and how they are approached. Cons Within the questionnaires, there are some areas that need a bit more "clarification", specifically within the On-Premise/Hosted Servers and Active Directory - either provide some additional context or links to Microsoft documentation to help elaborate on the ask. Pros As we were looking to add vCISO as one of our service offerings Cynomi demonstrated high value with their product, easing the ongoing review process for a customer's environment and policies and procedures. Cons We look forward to future improvements to the on-prem scanning probe deployment as well as deeper integration with SaaS products that most of our customers use, such as Microsoft 365. Great customer service, lots of quickly released features and enhancements, and a vendor who listens to their partners to help constantly improve the product. Pros The ability to quickly deploy a solution that can 1) reduce the time needed to perform work, and 2) increase profitability. Cons None at this time. This field requires a minimum number of characters, so adding this to pad the field.
