Cons We would like to see more frameworks for US Water and Wastewater compliance. The other component that is as equal in value is the questionnaires and how they are approached. Cons Within the questionnaires, there are some areas that need a bit more "clarification", specifically within the On-Premise/Hosted Servers and Active Directory - either provide some additional context or links to Microsoft documentation to help elaborate on the ask. Cons We look forward to future improvements to the on-prem scanning probe deployment as well as deeper integration with SaaS products that most of our customers use, such as Microsoft 365. Pros Cynomi is a great product to manage risk and compliance for SME companies. It combines the ability to manage policies against many compliance standards and regulations. It allows us to assign priorities to the tasks needed to fulfill a policy requirement. The user interface is very clean and easy to understand. Cons There are a few features that are on the roadmap that I wish were available now.
