Pros OnFolk has provided us with excellent service! They have been outstanding in their response time and problem solving, making our experience with them seamless Cons We are a start up and have grown as OnFolk have grown, so the excellent suppport has more than made up for the slowly building feature set, which continues to impress me as it evolves. I think maybe publicising the timeline of features as they are revealed may well have helped along the way. Reasons for choosing Onfolk We believed we could work more closely with a start up that was of a like-mind i.e. trying to do something fresh and original in a congested space. Supporting other start ups is important to us, and OnFolk have come through on that trust. It's automated our payroll and also has the benefits of an HRIS, like holiday booking. The team finds it easy to use, and customer support is excellent. Cons It doesn't yet have some of the features I would like but I have faith that they're building the most important ones. Cons Initially using the email login link, while secure, took longer than other login methods. However this is now remedied by the fact that there is SSO integration with e.g. Google.
