Their cost effective plans have always been appealing and apt to allow the partners to get the most out of their investment in Zinfi. My overall experience with Zinfi is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone Pros Zinfi is doing great in managing the Partner relations. I have not seen a better product than Zinfi in this segment. One of the best features of the Partner Relation Management is that it adapts very smartly and intelligently with the existing infrastructure. Its great that Zinfi is also partnered with Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoominfo among others Cons While there is nothing I dislike about Zinfi. But there is always room for improvement and Zinfi can definitely do better by marketing their solutions aggressively to reach a wider audience. Engineer Computer & Network Security Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Capterra last jewell made by ZINFI" February 28, 2024 5.0 Zinfi solved the problem to have a lots of different sites to access and manage services for the same company, we can spare time, with a unique access to a portal, made with Zinfi product (UCM). With this solution we had a benefit, we avoided a stressful continue access to different site, even because we had different username and passwords, we reduce the effort to keep secure them or remember in different contest. In my case this simple strategy, it has been more important, we can benefit every day, everytime. Pros I had an experience on a Zinfi product made for Capterra, they did a portal where instead to access to a different web applications for different usage, we can use a single sign on access. I liked this form to resume all services in one place, we could save time working, without turn around other page, and insert the credentials. This is not all, at top of the page there is a toolbar, where you can move through the different environment of service quickly, it should be the best choice to keep the user friendly clear, working on the portal it is a pleasure than last Dynatrace technology technology. Cons There is just a thing that I don't like, but should be just personal thought. There is an icon (lens) to search something in the site. When you click on it, a white menu cover almost all page, showing you just two options, a dropdown with a unique item choice (All), it is unnecessary according to me, and an input text search, if you write something it doesn't run, and the user it is not alert for an empty search, maybe it is a bug, but graphically i don't like a white page the cover all the site showing just two fileds. Zinfi provides information about the products, services, certifications, new launches, stock reports, revenue reports etc and proves to be a huge resource for the end user Cons Zinfi is doing great and there is nothing to dislike about it. However, Zinfi can bring in some changes to improve. They can work on providing the basic plan at a more competitive price and also with some additional features. Also, the best part about Zinfi is that the technical team is always available to help us and solve our queries and train us on the product. Pros Zinfi has done great to deliver such a beautifully designed partner portal which has everything we need. I like the approach of Zinfi's team, they are very professional and organized. We had certain prerequisites before onboarding and Zinfi was able to attend to all our concerns and requirements. The training provided by the team was also perfect to get hands on experience and grasp the product knowledge in no time. Cons Zinfi provides everything a partner portal can and hence there is nothing we dislike about Zinfi. Pros As of my experience ZINFI is the best platform when it comes to the features like partner management, channel marketing, lead management etc... Zinfi helps the businesses grow and reach the right end user. Pros The best thing about Zinfi's partner portal is that it can be easily integrated with the current IT environment. We have integrated Zinfi with our ERP system and we have not faced any challenges till date. Also Zinfi's technical team is very cooperative and were able to meet our expectations during the onboarding process. Cons Zinfi is providing all the required features required in a partner portal. However, it would be great if they can continue with the same featured and offer more flexible pricing modules.
