Ashby keeps on delivering new tools and enhances experiences throughout the whole recruiting process. New features, UX designs and more are some of the things that keep me mostly interested, as well as the easy integrations and implementations it has to navigate through. I believe that the quality of service is worth the cost of the platform! Pros Whenever I had a bug with arrows to move along candidates in the pipeline, the Support team assisted me and escalated the issue to be resolved. We have managed to centralize candidates' data, interviews & feedback, offer letters & tracking all in one place. This helps to have more transparency on recruiting efforts. Cons I wish there could be a suggestion page for feedback or reviews. I know they can be sent via email but it would be great to have a place where to submit tickets/requests and then support and product team could evaluate. I would recommend this to other recruiting teams. Pros This platform had a wide variety of features that I have not seen with other applicant trackign systems. We were able to to navigate the platform with ease. We also had a great support team helping us through our integration process. Cons A few cons, we noticed our reporting would glitch during peak business hours. This can be pricey if you have a very large team. Some features could not be customized which made it hard to gather some of the data points we were looking for. Since we started using it, so many things have changed: Ashby has added a ton of new features, and they're constantly growing and improving. The prices are still great compared to other similar ATS platforms. Their interface is incredibly user-friendly. It was very easy to implement, and it supports integrations with a lot of the apps we use on a daily basis, such as Hireflix, ZInc, etc. Even though they don't have live chat support, their email support is really helpful. Pros Ease of use for our hiring managers to review resumes, evaluate candidates, and move candidates through the interview and offer stages. Also, there are reminder notifications that we very much appreciate. Finally, Ashby offers excellent reports and dashboard templates that can be very helpful in different types of metrics. Cons I'm not sure there's anything we don't like about Ashby. If we have to say something, maybe the customer support response sometimes takes too long, but they do respond within a reasonable time. There were a few aspects that didn't work well for our company but customer service was able to help. Pros Ashby has been the only ATS we've been able to find that can accommodate loop interviews by giving every interviewer the same Teams link. Cons At the time, Ashby was not able to keep interviews private. Schedulers were able to see detailed calendar events of others if their calendars were integrated with Ashby. Cons If there's a duplicated profile it has the option to merge them but after doing this both profiles still exists in the stage that each of them was created.
