ScreenSpace delivers so much more than just a product tour. The comprehensive experience brings engagement and interactivity to all of our static content.

Although initial workflow capturing can be challenging, the assistance from their team makes it manageable. The quality of the tool and the customer support truly stand out.

Pros

What I appreciate most about ScreenSpace is its compelling blend of power and intuition. Its unique, story-focused approach simplifies the communication of complex products, making it unparalleled among other demo tools. Additionally, the level of customer support offered is truly remarkable.

Cons

As the platform is still developing, certain aspects require more manual effort than preferred, particularly capturing initial workflows. This process can be somewhat cumbersome, though the team is extremely supportive and assists considerably.

We found significant drop off rates when sending prospects from our website to the mobile app store.With ScreenSpace, our prospects can now interact with the app directly on our website. Which is increasing engagement and conversion rates.

Pros

Not only is ScreenSpace the only product tour solution that supports mobile apps, our tours look and feel incredible! Our customers can now interactive with our apps right on our websites. Without the friction of having to grab their phones, download the app, and connect their accounts.

Cons

The product tours could be a little bigger when viewed on a mobile device.

Pros

I think the product is very easy to use and it can really make telling a story easy! It has transformed the way we do demos. Additionally, the customer success is A1. I absolutely recommend this software to everyone who is ready to take their business on a whole other level!

Cons

There could be even further customization but I know it's in the roadmap.

Pros

As a growth marketing agency, ScreenSpace has allowed us to offer our clients scalable & future-proof web experiences that provide a level of engagement and conversions you just can’t get from standard marketing content and videos. The ScreenSpace platform itself is super polished and easy to use.

Cons

As expected from a fast growing company developing new tech, minor bugs pop up here and there. Though this hasn’t been an issue since the team is very responsive and quick to squash them.
