Everything from onboarding to customer support has been top notch. They seek input in their development and are very responsive to requests for added features. Fantastic company!

Pros

It is all in one and does each thing better then the previous companies that I worked with.

Cons

Nothing, even if I did have a least they would most likely fix it.

I have used a LOT of practice management and patient communication softwares. This is easily the best!

Pros

Our office has three dentists, and four hygienists. An average day is quite busy, but we have ONLY TWO team members at the front desk. How? PBN! It is like having an extra employee.

Cons

I wish they had an app for my phone, but considering how innovative and responsive they have been thus far, that is probably going to happen at some point.

We use it for my four dental offices. All my managers use it everyday from everything to scheduling new patients online, trying to collect old balances, to tracking KPIs!

Pros

Does exactly what it says. I've been using for 6+ years. It was so new the owner himself helped me get it running. Well the other day I called because I was having an issue and guess who answered the phone? The \[sensitive content hidden\] ! He said all the techs were busy so he couldn't just let it ring. They love their customers.

Cons

It doesn't come with fried chicken and a large Mountain Dew!

I can strongly say that Practice by Numbers has allowed us to grow from one practice to seven.

Pros

We have goals we set to create a team environment, which are easily measurable in Practice by Numbers. I can be away from my computer and see schedules.

Cons

I wish there was a Facebook and Instagram integration within Practice by Numbers.
